I ordered a grilled chicken salad and a small meat lovers pizza. They delivered the pizza and a hoagie without meat. I called and they sent out the salad. I use to buy the salad all the time. Today it did not look nor taste the same. I reported it to the manager and asked if anything had changed, he replied no. I was very Dissatisfied. The chicken was small as croutons, the onions were sliced and diced. It was a complete mess! Doubt if I will be ordering it again!

Walked in to pickup my pizza and noticed the guy making the pizzas had his hands inside his pants touching his butt. This is completely not acceptable and I’m grossed out and will never return. You just lost a loyal customer

My mom and I decided to try this pizza Saturday and was very disappointed she ordered at 8:00 pm a large pizza with pepperoni and 12 pieces of chicken wings,a pink lemonade that cost 35 dollars with the delivery.since my mom lives in West wood it was 20 minutes away the lady on the phone told us 20 minutes and I even tried to pick it up but the lady made it seemed like the delivery would be faster. So 20 minutes goes by and nothing we called and asked how long would the pizza be and she told us it should be on our way but again another 20 minutes went by we waited. We tried to be understanding but then when called again the lady was so rude to us and got very aggressive she told my mom the pizza had left the store 25 minutes ago. We were going to cancel it but she just hung up on us then ten minutes later we got a call from the delivery guy saying he was outside... it's 9:10 pm. We got the pizza and wasn't at all impressed it was cold I had to heat it up for my kids the garlic butter tasted spoiled so couldn't eat that the chicken was really good but was cold and way to much sauce... Never again this is why I don't eat out I'll stick to my own cooking should of went with our gut and picked it up at Larosa's

That pickle pizza is going to single-handedly get me through the sheer amount of stress due to the rest of this semester. So good. So many pickles. The ranch sauce on there is amazing. 10/10

this is the absolute best pizza place I have ever been to. I'm so glad I live close to it. they're extra cheese extra sauce bacon crispy thin crust pizza is the world heavyweight champion of pizzas. one time, last night, I forgot to tell them that we wanted thin crust, I was in a panic because we are short on money as I am newly disabled. I do not like regular crust pizza, and we love their thin crust. the manager said even though they started making the pizza they would make a new one for us. it almost put me in tears. it is so kind. and the manager there is really cool he plays Pokemon go and he happens to be on my team instinct! plus there's Pokemon go stops and Jim's all around there if you have to wait or do it carry out it couldn't be in a better location. you guys are awesome... the guy that's always there I forgot his name but I consider him a friend as we are new friends, I will come back and put his name later, with an edit, 0 he helped me come up with an invention I bought a giant duffle bag so I could carry a pizza on foot across town. he gave me an extra large box and it fit inside of my luggage duffle bag and I was able to position it on my shoulder so I kept it relatively flat during the walk home! they probably think I'm a nut but they're always smiling when I come in and when I leave so it makes me happy that I have made some new friends there

Kid-friendliness: there are young people in there and they are kind hearted nice young people. vibe in there is very cool .... I would definitely feel safe bringing my kids with me... did not drink soda pop but they have four 20 oz bottles for 5 bucks... crazy deals. my personal favorite is the extra large carryout one item Pizza I get the thin crust with bacon. that's 13.99. but I had extra cheese extra sauce it comes to 1599 out the door. it is thin crust it is absolutely loaded with the best toppings you're going to find in the entire. i promise u loll

Went in to the store in person with a friend. Ordered 5 pizzas, and a hoagiie for delivery for a designated time later that night so that I would not have to leave a party. I paid over $ 76.00 at that store in cash and was told it was paid in full and given a receipt. So, later that night the delivery person shows up with my order then states that the entire amount of the order was due. He empathically demanded ( a 2nd cash payment). I then showed him my reciept, he finally accepted the fact that the order was prepaid. Shame on you for the embarrassment of this in front of my invited guests. Not sure if this was some kind of scam or just ignorance on the individual who took my order and received my cash payment . Shame on you Cheviot NYPD

Grabbed a pie on Veterans Day and was told that they offered discount to military personnel year long, I used this discount at least 3 times afterwards. Last night however, an associate with long blond hair felt it necessary to call me a liar , and that they never offered any such discount to show appreciation for veterans. I have no problem paying full price , but if a discount is offered I’ll happily accept. I don’t know if it’s a prejudice to African-Americans or military, but I felt quite displeased with the service that night. As a New Yorker I can say without a shadow of a doubt the N.Y.P.D. would not support such a place , that doesn’t support the troops. Thanks for nothing.
