I’m not one of those people who just eat anything , very picky about my food . This sandwich shop was awesome . I was very pleased with my food and thankful for the workers who seemed to be busting butt to make sure all the costumers were happy . Thank you all . We appreciate you guys & girls !

I am from New England, and not even close soup was so salty, not edible, Grinder was good after I wiped 2 pounds of mayo off. I only had one slice of ham, one slice of turkey, not a new England ginder

Sub sandwichs here are amazing. I'm out of state but every time I go back to Ohio, I stop at this place now.

I used to go to New England Grinders a lot when I worked in the area back in the '90s. Because of working in a different area and life just getting in the way, I hadn't been there for a long time. Probably at least 20 years. My wife and I happened to be in the area on 7/11/25 and I suggested we go there for lunch. I can honestly say they haven't missed a beat. The place was packed so it's as popular as ever, and with good reason. Their sandwiches are excellent. Every bit as good as they were all those years ago. I wish they had a few more tables as opposed to booths BUT that would be pretty difficult, based on the layout of the building. You owe it to yourself to go there for just a great toasted sandwich that I would pit against anything from the east coast.

Saw a story in Cincinnati Magazine that this place had the best Italian sub in town. Drove 40 minutes to get there only to be sadly disappointed. The bun was burnt, the meat was sparse, the onions and banana peppers we all but non-existent. The only reson not for a 1 star rating was that is was not expensive. Never again.

Admittedly I'm being a little harsh with three stars but I grew up in new england and I've been trying to find an authentic new england style grinder and I had high hopes but if I went to a grinder shop and got the sandwich I got here I wouldn't be happy and I wasn't happy - especially for the cost.

New England Grinders gets a lot of business period. But the people where I work are always ordering from there. I'd say at least 3 times a week. The sandwiches are made fresh they are always busy. They are less than a mile from where I work. If I had anything negative to say, it would be the parking lot is shared with a couple of other business, so there isn't a lot of room but for a great sandwich you manage. They do have inside seating as well if you want to eat there.

Grinders has the best hot subs in Greater Cincinnati and it's not even close. I'll never go to Penn Station again because it's a huge disappointment compared to Grinders. The soups are all great! The service is good too
