This place is great!

Just had an outstanding experience here.

I made an online order and definitely did not realize it was for pick up and not delivery. When I arrived, I was promptly taken care of and my order was then refunded. This was not an ask by me, but they insisted.

Have been here before and it was good.

However, it was disappointing this time. Out of a lot of beer and food items. Once we did find food items to order they came out sporadically and I received my sandwich 25 minutes after the other food arrived. My bill came out and they tried to charge me extra for the cheese on my kids cheese pizza.

Kitchen and management have a lot of work to do.

It's ridiculous this place is a secret outside of the east side. This is probably my fav pizza north of the river, and their wings are the best I've had...ever! Everything on the menu is fantastic as is their staff. I cannot give this place a higher recommendation.

Don’t get me wrong, the food here is excellent. I absolutely loved my pizza and even loved it reheated. However I got a notification today from my credit card company that a 53% tip had been added to my bill. I remember though I did not leave a tip with my credit card because we left a $10 bill on the table. I always mark the receipt with a slash if I am not leaving a tip. I’m extremely upset about this so if they don’t do something to correct this, I’ll be extremely disappointed.

Food is great but be warned when using credit cards here.

UPDATE: after leaving a voice message the GM contacted me directly to get the issue resolved and was very friendly and apologetic about the issue. Like said, the food and atmosphere was great and well- good to know they take care of their people. Will definitely be returning cause I need more of that bacon pizza 💖

First time going tonight and my wife and I loved it!! Great atmosphere and even better staff. There was a misunderstanding with one of our orders and the staff went above and beyond to fix it. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be back! Chicken Bacon Ranch sandwich was incredible!

NVT is our go-to spot for good pizza, cold drinks, awesome service, and a laid-back neighborhood vibe. Highly recommend the fried green beans with ranch, the cauliflower crust Hawaiian, and a cold Cincy Light poured by our favorite server/bartender, Karly. We always know it’s going to be especially good if she’s working because she’s so attentive and friendly. We love NVT!
