Nicholson's Fine Food & Whiskey

I asked for a seat near a window and the host who served me put me in the middle of the room. The food I had was very nasty. It tasted gross with the vinegar on my pizza.

We were placed in a quiet room away from the bar that had a fireplace. Nice setting. The service was excellent. The food is bar food but at least as good as expected. The wine was a very good value. The Spring Rolls were a very pleasant surprise.

The food was good so was the service. The only thing that kept me from giving a 5 was where we were sat. It wasn't busy and we were sat in a corner with no view.

We had a terrific dining experience. Food was excellent and the service was outstanding. Heather did a great job! We're coming back.

We had a very good meal. The pot roast spring rolls were a very unique app and the gravy sauce paired with it perfectly. The chicken sandwich was also very good, if a bit messy with the sauce.

Service very slow, took 1 hour to get our food, Shepherds Pie very salty. Sat us a High Top, asked for a normal table, 4 normal tables were open right near us and we were told that they were for other reservations. None of those tables were filled for at least the next 30-45 minutes. Very disappointed, a long time Aronoff supporter will not be coming back!!

Nice selection on menu and very good food. Many of the items were not food you see in other restaurants. Our server and others who supported here were outstanding. It was a very busy time between the matinee and evening show at the Aronoff Center across the street. Our server immediately wanted to know if we were going to the show so that she knew whether we were in a hurry or not. Being busy we still received our food promptly and our server was very gracious and helpful during entire meal. Highly recommend.

Abby was our server and she was great. She was very attentive and had a wonderful personality. She suggested an appetizer that was delicious and our fish and chips was second to none. I highly recommend Nicholsons .

Our server Jesse was very good but the kitchen and bar were very slow. Food was good but not great. Location good for theatre events.

All staff were very courteous and catered promptly to our every need. Food was enjoyed by all in our group.

Brunch prior to Aronoff Ballet - convenient & always welcoming. 1stx brunch - food just ok, normally much better fare.

Food was good we were seated right away. Service was a little slow (& it was not crowded).

Nicholson's never fails to impress. I've eaten there many times and have never been disappointed with any of the food. Excellent!

My grandson and I enjoyed another lovely meal at Nicholson's. Our favorite item on the menu is the delicious salmon. And we always start with sharing a wonderful Scotch egg. Thanks again for a lovely Broadway Series pre-show dining experience.

We had a wonderful time. Good food and a very nice server. Someone in our party had car problems so they were a bit late. Our server couldn't have been sweeter! Our only issue was that our server must have been working on the other side of the restaurant as well and wasn't able to check in with us very often.
