I was traveling to Cincinnati with a group the weekend of July 25th and we looked up the menu online which displayed some good choices, so we made reservations and visited the restaurant that evening, looked at the menu and it was totally different than what was displayed on their website, and when we asked about that we was told that they change the menu weekly, unfortunately it was not updated or changed to the new menu when we looked at it online, needless to say nothing on the menu peaked our interest at that time, and the items were a little pricey so we politely got up and was proceeding to leave, and while we were walking out, one of their staff members said lightly....NO FRIED CHICKEN with a smirk, now we were dressed nicely thinking we were going to a nice establishment for dinner, and clearly by the way we were dressed we damn sure wasn't there for fried chicken. I normally don't leave reviews, but this was very disrespectful to say just because we didn't like anything they had on the new menu, And we was very polite with them from the time we entered to the time we left. I will never visit that establishment again, and when we asked some residents of Cincinnati about the restaurant some never heard of it. GO FIGURE! You may want to skip this place if your a person of color because apparently this is what they think of us.

Nolia is one of the places I take my out of town friends to. And not many Cincinnati restaurants make that cut. The menu changes every season. The chef always asks how the food was. The waitstaff is kind. And the food is always thoughtful, delicious, and surprising. Love this place.

Chef Harris might be the best chef in Cincinnati. He is certainly the most creative. We have dined here many times and our experience is always exceptional.

Every bite is perfect. Highly recommend! We just go with whatever is recommended by the wait staff and it’s never failed us. Do not miss the cornbread skillet!!!

Nolia Kitchen blends Southern heritage with modern artistry. Chef Jeffery Harris crafts a chef counter tasting menu where each dish tells a story—flavorful, thoughtful, and beautifully plated. The warm hospitality and loved watching the chefs work elevate from the open kitchen experience. One of the best dining that I have experience in Cincinnati—hands down and must-visit gem in Over-the-Rhine.

After our first visit, we made another reservation to come back - before leaving the restaurant. The new menu keeps things fresh and interesting. The fish, and all seafood, is always fresh. We went with a GF friend who found plenty of options on the menu - plus got to enjoy the delicious cornbread. Definitely one of our favorite places in Cincinnati.

Bust Up Shut was extremely dry and hard, as well as burnt. It's supposed to be fluffy, flaky and busted up.
Cheesecake had a strange artificial flavor.
Potatoes were unsalted and sitting in 3 tablespoons of oil.
Best in the city
