BEWARE! Double check your bill invoice before you leave! They overcharge you for other stuff that are free from other hot pot restaurants. When we ate here 3 years ago, we saw several diners complain to them about their check. This place also didn't honor the discount they promised us. The staff is very rude and wouldn't own up to their mistakes. That bad experience made us not come back to dine again. They are also connected to Bao Bun Bowl next to them and to the tea place at the very end next to MattressFirm. Same ownership, same bad service. Food was not that great.

The place is great and all, but when we asked for octopus and got squid they got really sketchy.I told them that we didn't get octopus and all we got is squid, they played it off, sayed the squid was a part of a combo and brought us scallops saying it was octopus. My friend was allergic to shellfish too that was fun. What made it better was they charged us for the scallops and squid until we complained.

I went there twice. The first time was good so I brought my parents and husband on the second time. But we got really sick after eating. We have been suffered from diarrhea all night and all day. My husband and I could not go to work. I went to more than 5 times to have diarrhea and almost died from dizziness and nausea. It was the worst day ever. My husband did too and he is still sick even though he took more medicine than I took.I don’t know what exactly cause the sickness but when we age quail eggs the taste and smell was wrong. I and my husband thought it is just a exotic taste but I feel that it went bad. Be careful. For your information, I spent more than 170 dollars including tips for four people.

They were accommodating. Delicious food. Get the meter of beef, highly certified. Boba place near it and they had good selection. Nice and helps explaining the process. Casual feel as well! I also recommend the Chinese cabbage and noodles to pair with the meat. My friends loved the shrimp balls! I am not a big fan of seafood, but they were pretty tasty. Go with some friends that know how to eat Hot Pot, otherwise you will be a little confused.

OMG! I am so glad there is an authentic hot pot restaurant in town. Ordering is different. Choose the broth, then all the "toppings"and noodles. The hot pot is brought to your table and set on the burner and brought up to a medium simmer. All the fresh/raw "toppings" are brought out on individual plates and bowls. You add them in as you like. Definitly stop by the condiment bar and set up your dip. The bone broth is so satisfying. The cow fat broth is so spicy and delicious. Everything here is truly wonderful. They allso serve boba milk tea from the bakery next door. The flavors are amazing. Expect to pay about $30-40 per person but know you will enjoy every bite.

Great food!! The manager was very helpful, informative and entertaining. And he made sure we had everything we needed. The food was very exciting. You could choose from familiar to adventurous. The food was wonderful and I can’t wait to go back!

I'm hotpot obsessed and a frequent business traveler. I was in Cincinnati for work and thought I'd try this new place. I was not disappointed! Noodle & Hot Pot had a nice menu, the food was fresh, and the broth good. I'm vegan and I found that they could make any of the broth veggie and they even had a mushroom based hotpot sauce (sacha sauce replacement) in the sauce bar, which was amazing. I found the price a little high for dining as a single person, but I could have split just a little more food with one other person. The veg options were comprehensive. I also want to say that the owner was very friendly and attentive. If you weren't familiar with hotpot, I am sure he would walk you through the steps. I will definitely return when I'm back in the area.

LIFETIME WISH!I've been hunting for a place to eat hot pot and gosh am I happy I came here!So many options available. The vegetables and proteins were so fresh. The gentleman that seemed to run the place was so friendly and helped us so much!I CAN'T WAIT TO COME BACK!Price was what I expected: two people, two broths, two proteins and a ton of veggies was about 80 dollars. WELL WORTH IT IN MY OPINION!

We went here to celebrate my step daughter's birthday and this is where she wanted to go. I am more traditional, but the waiter (owner, I assume) was wonderful and very excited to tell us about how to enjoy the hot pot meal. You pick what broth you want to boil/cook your food in and it can be up to three choices. We picked three broths- mushroom, Tom Yum and spicy (which was VERY spicy). Then you pick meat, shell fish, veggies, etc to cook in the boilng broth, and then he shows you the sauces to mix in bowls to flavor your food.We selected seafood- shrimp, mussels and squid- and noodles and there are many vegetables to choose from. I also ordered fried rice to have a safe food to eat. The sauces were very good- I love peanut sauce, plus the others I mixed in. The bowls are put over a fire at your table an dit is a lot of fun. My step children (in their 30s) and wife loved everything. I liked the food but was not as excited. We got a lot of food and were very satisfied. Great service. I encourage you to try it out if you have any interest in the experience.

We had no idea what we were doing when we walked in but they were so nice and explained it all so well! Let them make up a mixed dipping sauce for you. That changed the game. Try the shrimp paste, it only sounds weird- tastes amazing. All other meats and veggies were delicious. We loved it. Will absolutely be back.

Went here with my sister a couple of weeks ago but just now getting around to reviewing the place. It's in a strip mall and right near the Toyota if you don't know where to find it. This place is amazing! We ordered the half-and-half. One half being an oil base (I think vegetable oil) and the other half being the spicy option. If I could re-do it, I'd only get the spicy one as the oil base wasn't too flavorful. We also ordered dumplings, beef, and chicken. Highly recommend! The spicy + the meats really adds a great level of flavor. On top of that, I also ordered rice making it a filling meal. I'm not sure if they serve alcohol but they do have bubble tea options if you're interested. Overall, great location and definitely worth checking out!
