yes, im still gonna recommend them, but im a regular customer and they didn't resolve my issue with my order going to the wrong address. I paid for delivery 6.99 the amount of another bundlet plus used 400 points!I just wanted my order, had proof and everything but they didn't honor. smh

Previous cakes and the Andes peppermint cake were tasty, but the White Chocolate Raspberry is disappointing. It basically has no raspberries (see picture).

The Bundt cakes are delicious and so many options! Great for all occasions or just because. I’ve stopped in here many times for birthday Bundt cakes, but most recently for the holiday mini bundts. These were great gifts for clients and for the office! Staff is super helpful, very accommodating, delicious cakes!

The ladies who worked in the front were so sweet and friendly! We talked about things outside of the store and they were knowledgeable. The pumpkin spice bundt was soo good an sweet. I'm not a pumpkin spice girly but I love it.

I was very dissatisfied about the inflexibility of this store. I ordered a 8” cake and called to change the color of the bow approximately 4 hours before the time for it to be ready, I wanted to make this change the night before during non-business hours however there was no option to do so. I was told all of the cakes are made/prepared the morning of and a simple change such as this could not be accommodated. I was very disappointed in this response given the impact of the change for the overall event vs the small inconvenience of this establishment.

Absolutely, AMAZING!!! I have to travel across town to get these. So when ever I am anywhere close to this NBC I stop in. There lcurrent imited time flavor is a Dulce De Leche Churro. Ooh! "Hold my feet" that little cake was so good. They need one these one of these in Westwood but until then I will stop in here whenever I am in the neighborhood.

I came in today to get a few mini cakes for my family and I to celebrate a big business achievement. We walked in and the lady behind the counter just looked at us with no greeting. So we walked over to the cakes to pick out the ones we wanted. A minute later a couple walks in and she gives them the most excited greeting you could imagine. I am a business owner and customer service is so important to me. I don’t care what race or nationality someone is, everyone gets a wonderful greeting when entering my business. I won’t be back. Train your employees to treat everyone equally and be more inclusive. Or be more careful on who you hire.

If I could put zero stars I would. As someone who has worked in client services for more than 15 years and in the food industry for 5+ I am astounded. I had accidentally picked up the wrong cake flavor and turned right around moments later all to be told I could not pick up the flavor in which I intended. I was told something along the lines of “well once I key it in I can’t change it”. There was no suggestion on the staff’s end to resolve this situation to get the flavor I originally wanted to purchase. I could not help but feel targeted and I will leave it at that. For context: I also have worked in a bakery and know that there is capability to bring the unwanted items to the back and send them out with other unsold inventory. I’m still racking my brain why I could not have a simple exchange of product for one mini cake for another mini cake.
