O'Charley's Restaurant & Bar

My husband and I ate at O’Charley’s and within hours we were both violently ill. We’ve been projectile vomiting non-stop for over 4 hours, with severe heartburn, chills, migraines, and unbearable stomach pain. This has been one of the worst nights of our lives. Clearly, something we ate was contaminated, and this is absolutely unacceptable. Food safety should be the bare minimum at any restaurant — and O’Charley’s failed that in the most miserable way. We will never return and I urge anyone who values their health to stay away from this place. I don’t say this lightly, but this has been a traumatic experience. We are still recovering as I write this. Fix your food safety before someone ends up in the hospital — or worse.

Service was fast food was good 😊 I was happy!!

Had the classic burger well done no pink with fries delicious and had the steak with gravy loaded mashed potatoes and steamed broccoli

We come here all the time. When it’s a birthday, graduation, kids come to visit, or we just want to go out. Tonight we did our farewell to O’Charleys We walk in and was told a 20 minute wait. When we are seated there is maybe 7 other tables with people there. We sat down ordered drinks waited waited then the server came over to take our order but never brought our drinks. So the drinks come we wait over 30 minutes for food. I ordered the meatloaf and when it came I had no idea what it was. It looked like can cat food with ketchup on it. The worst I have ever had. My husband ordered prime rib that was as hard as plastic. Then I realized our waiter was the only one working and he was running around with no help. Everyone else including the manager was up front talking and laughing. This place has gone down hill and we will now be taking our business elsewhere.

Bruh o'charleys fell off so bad, some liberal tire chewing soyboy cooked my steak well done instead of rare. And the Mac n cheese was served ball shrinking cold

The service by Jessica was amazing!! She was so knowledgeable and helpful. The food however was not the best and what we have been eating for years.
There was a group of people that came in that smelled so bad we had to get up and leave instead of relaxing with our friends. I wish that the manager would have removed these people or put them in a place where no one would have to smell them. I hope they never come back or we will never be back and I hope the service workers sanitize their table!

Me and my girlfriend went here on a Friday evening around 7:00 and were seated quickly as they were not very busy. We ordered two beers which took maybe ten minutes to get to us, even though we were seated right next to the bar. We ordered two appetizers - the steak quesadilla which was alright, and the fried pepper jack cheese wedges which came out undercooked and cold in the middle. We’re not the type to complain about food so we didn’t bother saying anything, but you could tell by the color of the fried food item that it was not cooked all the way through. We split a chicken tender and fry meal which was fine. The best thing about our visit were the rolls, which we didn’t get until our appetizers had come out. Also took a good amount of time to get some extra napkins.
My girlfriend used the restroom and was overwhelmed by the stench of urine. One stall was backed up and or not flushed. She also noticed an employee not was her hands after using the restroom!!
Seemed like unless you were a regular, you wouldn’t get great, even good service. I doubt we will be back to this location.

Service wasn't good, the bartender is lazy and overworked i guess, she wouldn't even get up. I ordered prime rib, medium well. It came out cooked on one side, and raw on the other side. I didn't send it back, I took it home and cooked it. O'charleys is not the same, it's gone down hill.

The crab cakes were delicious. The women's bathroom smelled like a litter box.

Booths suck. They're for preschoolers... Gotta reposition them for a normal sized American adult. Chicken wrap fell apart in my wife's hands before she even got a bite in her mouth. Server didn't ask me if I wanted any kind of steak sauce. Pretty much, I won't be back

Don’t bother using the waitlist they don’t follow it. Also we sat and waited then they sat people who came in after us and said oh sorry didn’t see you sitting there. The waitress was rude and unfriendly. Went for brunch and they were already out of biscuits for the day, so left and didn’t stay to eat with the entire experience was horrible!

Ribs are my favorite, but steak is good too. Grab a baked potato and broccoli while you're at it.
