Edit: This was never resolved, due to me misplacing the receiptI ordered a medium well sirloin w/ 2 sides (loaded Mac & cheese). My sirloin was cooked medium, closer to medium rare. I tried calling the following day since I placed my order late in the evening, but I couldn’t get through. I’ve always had a issue w/ this location cooking my steak correctly, after several orders, I finally decided to leave a review.- I’ve been busy, so a couple of my reviews are posted on the sane day

Hallo mortals im writing a review to this very human meal1. Took about 10 minutes to get me human drinks2. Food good me human fish meal very yummy but as for my alien acquaintance she did not like her human pootaaatooo soup her comment was “sour ?”3. Bathroom good ? i didnt need to poo though i just walked in there for no reason4. The place cold me shiver in me timbers

Went in at about 5pm with my family. Wasn’t busy. Food was gross and undercooked. My husband spent $20 on a seafood platter and only ate a few bites. The seafood was hard as a rock. My daughter’s macaroni was hard and the broccoli was soaking wet. The server was ok. She didn’t really seem to care to be there. So we didn’t complain to her. Still tipped of course. Spent $60+ tip on a meal that was trash. ?

I ordered a take go order from O Charley's and my food was inedible. My rolls were hard as a rock, and most of my food tasted like it was made yesterday. I decided to go here for my birthday and it was extremely disappointing. I would have gone back to get a remake but unfortunately the weather has gotten bad and I'm unable to go back to the restaurant.

Be careful when ordering door dash from this location. Order was not complete when picked up by the delivery driver. We were missing an entire entrée. Filed complaint with door dash and money was refunded but the inconvenience of not getting an entire meal is un acceptable.

Our service was very slow. Getting drinks was extremely slow.. Like snail slow. Didn't even want to order food after the service we received so we paid and left. Also my card got charged an extra dollar for what I have no clue. Service was terrible and overcharged my card. Great job ?
