The service was great which I'm happy to see but I cannot fathom that I got steak pasta for like $20 but it was just Jarred Alfredo and pre-cooked pre-cut steak that wasn't good I only got one adult entree and didn't wanna not pay for a full meal but I won't be back..

It was fine...I like the place but everything seemed off. Not much attention at the table, trying to hurry us out with no one else there, chips and queso took too long, dark and dim, chicken Parm was just ok...things were fine but not a single thing was better than that.

We Had a surprise visit from our Son with our sweet Grandbaby. So We needed a last min place to eat dinner an open christmas gifts. I called around an landed on O'Charleys as our last good option. I called an was greeted by a wonderful Manager named Chris. He assured me he could accommodate our entire party an even give us some space to spend time with our little family. We arrived an was quickly sat down in a spacious booth, given a PERFECT server Sara who went above an beyond to help us and to make us all comfortable. They all checked on us many times throughout our time there and went out of their ways to make it such a comfortable experience for all of us! I am so impressed an knew this morn this place deserves so much recognition! Thank you to all of the staff an especially the management members. The food was absolutely wonderful an I would say the whole experience was worth every penny! Thank you for making it happen!! You guys really are the best! Also Give Sara a raise she is amazing, all my kids loved her!👏
