Completely flattened rolls and grey loaded baked potato soup...this place has consistent issues.

I wish I would have taken pictures of how our food looked/came out because it was bad :(
We’ve come here often because the food and environment is always great. Unfortunately this last time on 6/4/2025 around 7pm might actually be our last. I ordered the Chicken Tender Meal with 2 sides (broccoli and fries). My mother ordered the Salmon with Shrimp and 2 sides (broccoli & baked potato). And my daughter ordered a bacon cheeseburger plain with fries.

1) We received the Rolls with Butter and every roll was completely hollow so it was all the outside of the roll. We received another basket of rolls due to the first ones being hollow and this second basket the rolls were almost completely flat and hard. 😒

2) my chicken tenders smelled and tasted like fish (I absolutely cannot eat fish because of personal reasons) AND the batter on them looked like the batter that the fish is fried in. Definitely did not look like their regular and delicious chicken tenders…I did end up ONLY eating 2 tenders and physically couldn’t force myself to eat them. The broccoli and fries were delicious so I ate them.

3). My daughter’s burger did not taste great either and she only ate 1/4 of it. She said that it tasted weird and didn’t want it anymore.

4) My mother had the salmon with shrimp, baked potato, and broccoli. First, her salmon comes out looking as dry as the Sahara Desert but after eating it she said it was fine. Next the baked potato ALSO was dry as can be and hard. She did end up giving them the potato for them to do it over.

LATER THAT NIGHT…we were all fighting for our lives because we may have gotten food poisoning :(

Nice quite place close to i275 eastgate make it accessible to many and offer loads of good eating and drinking options would highly recommend for people looking for calm and better place
