Great food as it is every time I visit, which isn't often because it is no longer in Canada. Had a very attentive waiter; the most attentive waiter I have ever had at any restaurant!

There for a special Birthday Lunch. We were very fortunate to be seated with Shayla. I hope i spelled it right. She was very attentive, warm and welcoming. She offered a lot of knowledge of the menu, and was very informative. Great Service we we won't forget.

We had a largish party. The server was spot on, food was good, and loved the Dean Martin music

The waitress was extremely busy. Not as attentive as other times I was there. She spilled tea on our table and walked away. We had to ask for napkins to clean it up. She did not offer to do it

Went back many times since original post and have noticed the food portions are getting smaller and cost the same. if you join the wait list online expect to have your wait time to triple when you check in, I joined the wait list and was text back with a 25 minutes wait and when I checked in 20 minutes later they wanted to ADD 45 minutes more, going to Carrabba's!
Celebrated my daughter’s 13th birthday here. She didn’t even get to eat with us. They completely forgot to bring her meal and when they did(as we were leaving) it was the wrong item. Good food, I won’t be back for celebration but I’d return for to go options.

Ravioli was bland. Ate 2 pieces and sent back. No credit given. Henry was nice and attentive.

Treated us like family the moment we walked in 5 star service and top tier food
I thought you were doing your own delivery. I wouldn't have ordered had I noticed it was Uber. They're so bad I deleted my app. Hence, I'm eating very cold food.

We have been Olive Garden customers for many years, but because of my husband's new allergies from a tick bite, we do visit more frequently. Olive Garden is typically an allergy-friendly chain, and we like the consistency. While visiting Cincinnati, we decided to try this Olive Garden location since it's close to a local movie theater we were going to visit. We were fortunate to meet the general manager, C.J., who discussed our situation with us and made us feel very comfortable that we would not have any problems with cross contamination. Our meal was delicious, but the best part is that C.J. was polite, friendly and listened to our concerns. He is an asset to Olive Garden, and as long as there are employees like him, we will return over and over. Thank you!
