I visited their stand at Findlay Market and saw a wonderful assortment of Syrian goodies like baklava, hummus and kibbeh. The owner, Ibtisam, is very sweet and kind and her story is inspiring. I got some delicious hummus but will be back with friends so we can try everything else and cater from her in the future.

The wraps are very good, the baklava is so good that I cried because it reminds me of my mother, and also the coffee is just how she made it.
I recently had the pleasure of trying the catering food from Olive Tree catering , and I have to say, it was absolutely fantastic! Chef Ibtisam's expertise in preparing Mediterranean cuisine was evident in every dish, and I was blown away by the flavors and quality of the food.The Kubeh was a standout for me. It was crispy on the outside and filled with flavorful meat and spices. The chicken shawarma and lamb shawarma were also excellent, with tender and juicy meat and a perfect blend of spices. The falafel was crispy and flavorful, and the accompanying tahini sauce was a perfect complement.What impressed me the most was the attention to detail and the use of high-quality ingredients. The flavors were authentic and complex, and I could tell that Chef Ibtisam put a lot of thought and care into the preparation of each dish.Overall, I was extremely impressed with the catering food from Olive Tree catering , and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for delicious, authentic Mediterranean cuisine. BEST BAKLAVA AND PISTACHIO BIRDS NESTS EVER!!! I've been searching high and low for good Syrian desserts and I have found it here! All the food was incredible as well. ? Shawarma chicken, gyro entree, and dips is what we had tried. The lady at front working was super sweet too! Will come back again and again! They even gave us and our kids some sesame crackers to try. ?
