I visited their stand at Findlay Market and saw a wonderful assortment of Syrian goodies like baklava, hummus and kibbeh. The owner, Ibtisam, is very sweet and kind and her story is inspiring. I got some delicious hummus but will be back with friends so we can try everything else and cater from her in the future.
I met her and her family when they were part of the FreshLo program using our church kitchen at Trinity Episcopal in Covington. She and family cooked a delicious meal for several events at Trinity. I am glad to find her at Findlay Market to purchase her delicious food.
I recently had the pleasure of trying the catering food from Olive Tree catering , and I have to say, it was absolutely fantastic! Chef Ibtisam's expertise in preparing Mediterranean cuisine was evident in every dish, and I was blown away by the flavors and quality of the food.The Kubeh was a standout for me.
