While the food is consistently wonderful, I can’t say enough about the service and this lovely family-owned business. For the past 10 years, we’ve celebrated here with a large group, and even when we’ve needed to change our reservation, they’ve always been kind and accommodating. A true gem in our city.
A top notch restaurant in every important way: service is very good, atmosphere friendly and comfortable, and most importantly - phenomenal food. Stepping out of the mainstream and trying their most authentic Chinese dishes is highly recommended, and they do a particularly great job with their fish options as well as with their spicy dishes that have robust flavor that shines through the spice level. Highly recommended!
It is an enormous, fun restaurant with good Chinese American food, decorated in the classic Chinese-American style - lots of red and gold, paper lanterns on the ceiling, jade sculptures, etc. It makes for a fun night out, and the food was genuinely very good - we had crab Rangoon, beef lo mein, the eggplant, and the Chengdu spicy grouper (which I appreciated was properly...
