The Original Pancake House

A patron for over 15 years. I believe the food is the best in the east side of Cincinnati for breakfast. The servers are amazing. I do believe that the manager needs to be educated on customer service and compassion. After many years of watching behavior of asking patrons to leave so she could have the table today with a straw that broke the camels back. My friends and I have been coming to breakfast at 8:30 every Saturday morning for many many years. Two of my friends are fragile one with cancer one with orthopedic issues. And we’re late getting to breakfast and we were told to leave so that she could have the table. Not a first time we’ve seen bad behavior on her part. We witnessed throwing a phone across the desk, one day and being rude to people hanging up on them, etc. I think corporate needs to take a look at some sort of intervention and getting this manager help.

This particular location is amazing; all the people who work there do an excellent job, especially Michelle, who is always very kind and friendly. She always makes you feel welcome. Congratulations to this restaurant, 100% recommended!

Prefect, I go for the biscuits n gravy, my husband loves the corn beef hash omelet. Service is great, could be a little wait but then you know it's great

I could sue without the lady in charge of seating customers! When I was paying my bill, all she did was complain about the customers.

I got an omelette and it was huge. It looked like it had to have at least eight eggs in it. It was a great value and a great mix of vegetables and meat. Anything else is good too

The food was good. That said it's nothing crazy special. Service was good and got seats and ordered quickly. Coffee was also pretty tasty.
