Decent bagels! Chewy and flavorful. Only thing I was underwhelmed by was my chive cream cheese which wasn’t blended well. It was a bit chunky, and personally that’s not my fav texture wise. Service was excellent.

We had the Absolute best experience Here. We appeared right as they were opening on a Monday morning, after the Blink festival which had 2 million people so all of us had been busy,, And Sujay... sorry that is probably really misspelled, but she was amazing. I had several questions and she just was great is all I can say! the food was delicious. I had the smoked salmon on an everything but the bagel bagelwith cream cheese capers and pickled onions and my friend I believe had the egg sandwich With turkey. They were both delicious. We will be back the next time we're in Cincinnati. It's right Next to Findlay market On Elder Street and you should stop in. You won't regret it.❤️

OTR bagel bar has definitely changed over the years since I moved to cincy 4 years ago. It used to be my favorite bagel spot now now it’s subpar. The bagels taste/at made different. Used to be a great spot for a bagel fix especially as a former New Yorker.
this time around my bagel wasn’t even toasted , so I returned it I asked for it toasted after I had taken a bite it was cold and hard. I asked for a new one toasted she put the bagel I had just taken a bite of (with the cream cheese and with the paper on it) in an oven to heat it up. I got it back still cold and just not really appealing at this point.
I hate to be negative about this but I’m just really disappointed with how down hill this place has gone. Huge bummer.

I ordered one bagel and it took far too long to receive- I waited at least 15 mins for a bacon, egg and cheese bagel. In the time I was there, I overheard two customers who never received their order and had to ask about their food. The bagel itself was good but not worth $11+ and a long wait. I don’t think I would return.

This place used to be it in OTR. The new ownership has ruined this establishment and it’s really a shame. The bagels have gotten worse and the store got rid of the local artist.

Definitely a grab and go type of place. Bagel was not quite my favorite but was good. Turkey on the Bagel was OK. Wasn't busy but was raining and Findley Market was empty.

Came here on the morning I was leaving town. Got a quick bagel with vegan cream cheese and a coffee. Service was quick and the price was affordable.
I used to love this place but not anymore! Been twice in the last few weeks and can definitely say the new ownership has run it into the ground. All of the employees are new and don’t know what they are doing. This time I ordered a breakfast sammy that came smothered in cream cheese with no egg. Paid $12 for it - prices are absolutely insane compared to the quality. Really sad to see such a long standing staple take a turn for the worst.
This place isn’t what it used to be. The new owners raised the prices and the portions on the bagels for meat and egg seem smaller.. they barely cover half the sandwich.
Taste wise the food is still fine, but I’d suggest getting the cream cheese on the side since your bagel will likely be swimming in it, with the outside covered making it very messy to eat.
I ordered jalapeño cream cheese but received plain in my bagel. The person working handed me our bag of food and the bottom was covered in cream cheese so I had to ask for napkins and an extra bag.
We got lucky on wait time since we arrived and walked directly to the register to order, however it still took over 20+ minutes to get our food. By the time our food came, the line had grown to 12+ people.. I can’t imagine how long they waited.

I got food poisoning from here. I ordered a goetta breakfast sandwich and the goetta was smeared onto the bagel. I don't know if it was raw or what but it tasted gross to the point where I couldn't eat the second half of my sandwich and I always eat my entire meal. Unfortunately because although the goetta was bad, I thought the bagel was not bad.

The new owner has run this into the ground. Every time I go in there is only one person working so it takes forever (not his fault it’s busy). There were flies on the bagels but I had already ordered so I didn’t bother complaining. The quality of the bagels has significantly decreased. It’s so sad that a Findlay market staple has turned into this
Update from 5 stars. Everything from the quality, choice, staff, atmosphere has been blown to smithereens. New owner just wants to remove bad reviews and make fake ones instead of improving and still just wants money.
Ordered the “pizza bagel sandwich” and I got one piece of cheese and two pepperoni’s on it and it cost $10. Absolutely abysmal service, sandwich and presentation
Been coming here for years. Now I can't tip the staff and the service has been continuously going downhill. Very disappointed used to love this place
