This is my go to for my early morning pick me up. I love that they are open much earlier than any other deli’s or restaurants and the bagel options are one of a kind. Always tastes amazing, I usually get the eggs and turkey sausage on the Jalapeño Cheddar Bagel.

This is the worst food experience I've had in the city. I've been twice just to make sure. The wait is 30+ minutes. The food comes out at triple the price its worth. It's a bagel with a single thin slice of turkey and an entire block of cream cheese, a piece of lettuce, and some red water that may contain a piece of tomato. As incredible as it sounds, it does not taste good. The place is also extremely small, so when it's packed from Findlay market traffic it's an all around perfectly horrible experience.

Very friendly staff with a quick pace work environment! Great place to go when walking around the market next door :)

Visited in September 2025 & I was very disappointed in the bagel breakfast sandwich. The bagel itself was bad & the whole thing had zero flavor or even a hint of salt.
It’s disappointing because this place used to have great bagels. Now it’s overpriced, bad, & you order from a touchscreen.

I’m from NYC and visited Cincinnati for a wedding so I stopped by for some bagels and this place has good reviews so I got some bagels. I have to admit that they are not what the people say about their service. I didn’t get what I wanted or expected to get. Not anything comparable to what any Bagel shop would offer in NYC.

Not a friendly place for allergies unfortunately. We ordered a vegan lox sandwich, assuming “vegan” equals a vegan meal. Came with regular dairy cream cheese and we didn’t find out until specifically asking. The employees are fine but don’t seem to know what to do in these situations. Careful if you have specific allergies because they aren’t clearly marked anywhere.

The “modernization” isn’t working out. Can’t order bagels that are clearly in stock. Only one employee keeps the process slow. Cost cutting measures are taking its toll.

Very tasty and well-made bagels. Both the parmesan herb and jalapeno cheddar bagels had a nice crust and soft chewy interior. They made a good foundation for the lox. The lox tasted high-quality. They also have GF bagels for those in need but we didn't try them.

Bagels were good but the place was absolutely disgusting inside. Found a curly , short hair in one of our bagels. Guy didn’t even change his gloves after touching another order, handling cash or the tablet everyone touches. Get what you pay for, I guess.

I loved the bagels from here! The were soft and chewy, the staff was very friendly and it was a great experience. I wish I could go to Findlay Market daily to get my fill!!

Do not go to this place. It’s over priced, inconsistent, very expensive, For store-bought bagels. Avoid at all cost!

Place has sadly gone downhill. This past weekend my egg was still frozen when I got my bagel.
