We went for my niece bday on September my son ordered a steak we never got it so they gave us a 20 dollar gift card. Fast forward we go to use it in December come to find out they gave us a gift card that expired in June. They handed us an expired gift card. On purpose or not they did smh. We love outback and go all the time that was disappointing.

The last time I was at Outback I ordered pork chops. They were delicious so I ordered them again. They were totally different. No flavor at all. They even looked different. I sent them back and asked them to season and put on the grill. I took them home and heated them the next day. They were good. I'm looking for consistency at restaurants. However, the service was excellent and the atmosphere was great.

Called the restaurant to address an issue with my carryout order and was immediately put on hold and remained on hold for 5 minutes. Had my partner call and he reached someone immediately. Terrible customer service.

The Toowoomba Salmon was awesome. The med/rare steak was med and the med/well was well done. At the Western Hills location DD waited on us, she was great, very attentive.

When I came to pick up my order at curbside, I waited about 20 minutes and nobody came out and then finally the girl came out and said she’s sorry that they’re very busy and what’s my order’s name I told her it was under Beth. Unfortunately, my spouse put it under Liz instead. So she probably went in looking for it and I apologize (to her) for the time that she took to try and find and couldn’t find it so I finally went in and got in line with everybody else - Came to discover that it was under Liz and not Beth!! . However, Kirstin(?) Who was doing the orders was so patient and kind and apologetic to everybody, very professional. If it was me, I would’ve went crazy and probably start yelling or pulling my hair out, but she was very sweet and I feel bad that I gave her the wrong name because my food had been sitting there for a while. When I got home the steak and potatoes were nice and hot and what wasn’t exactly hot enough, we warmed up in the microwave. I wish that Outback hired more people like her for service because she is the best Individual that works for Outback that I have encountered for a long time and I would highly recommend she receive some type of Recognition!!!
Service was outstanding! Went for a birthday dinner and had a 6oz steak, it was everything. They did forget our cheesecake but gave us a credit for our next visit.
