The food was prepared as requested with a couple of exceptions However prepared salade had a few frozen cucumbers and the gravey on the chop steak was too salty.

I placed to carry out order. When I got home, I noticed I didn’t have an item. I thought I ordered so I called and received excellent customer service. When I looked at the app, I noticed it was my error, but they still made good on what I wanted and thought I ordered. Totally did not have to do that, but I’m so grateful and will definitely return! Both gentlemen that I spoke with were beyond kind.

My husband and I went to Outback Steakhouse on Veterans Day and really appreciated the special 3-course meal they offered in honor of veterans. The Bloomin’ Onion was fantastic—crispy, hot, and full of flavor—and the cheesecake at the end was absolutely amazing.
Service was friendly and attentive, and the whole experience felt very welcoming and appreciative of veterans. We were really pleased with our visit and will definitely be back.

We had lunch but the dinner menu. The only positive thing I can say about this meal was our server was outstanding!!! Thank you Kayla!!! The chicken tender meal was okay But this steak and chicken combo was appalling!!! Asparagus probably cooked for 2-3 minutes; awful and real hard! That small microwave baked potato was cold that cheese wouldn’t blend Chicken was cold and certainly very small. Now that “6 ounce sirloin “ combo ($31) What steakhouse would have the audacity to serve such a pathetic piece of meat like that? The cooks should have been embarrassed!!! Management knew I was displeased but never made an attempt to rectify the situation!!! My suggestion: eat at a real steakhouse!!! I waited ten months after my heart surgery for a truly disappointing set of meals!!!! This location leaves a lot to be desired!!!
Forget any true “owner concerns “ If they respond it’s a “we’ll take that into account “ type response So a bad meal is a total loss with this lousy franchise!!!

Never got my text message telling me to let them know I was there. Waited ten minutes past my pick up time just to go inside and have to wait more for somebody to come help. 20 minutes past pick up time I finally get my food, cold steak and warm salad. No apologies or offers to recook food.
Was coming here for lunch and dinner a few times a week, screw that when all they're going to do is tell me to submit a complaint online and offer literally nothing in return, I'm issuing a chargeback.

Steak was cooked wrong and full of grissle, thw waitress couldn't even care less, never took dirty dishes or empty glasses for refills , literally had to start putting stuff on the floor and up on the wall to get it taken , and it wasn't even picked up by our server . Terrible experience, outback used to be good , but now they are just horrible

The staff was amazing. 10/10 for our service received. Everyone was very polite!
The food was a different story. I'm not sure if it was the food or the oil it was cooked in, but everything was terrible, except the ribs. The blooming onion was soaked in oil and had a weird flavor to it. The extra ranch I requested had some kind of weird oil in it, like the ranch was poured on top of it. The marinara was more like salsa. Overall, I was very disappointed in the quality of food.
