By far one of the worse steak houses I have been to, I spent $94 on me and my girlfriend and none of the food had any type of flavor then my steak got brought out to me I bit into it and it tasted like a big chunk of meat and it was extremely raw to the point I had to go to the bathroom and throw it up ordered medium steak and it came out rare, I didn’t want to deal with managers and just sitting there for another hour just for my food to come out the same, We will not be stopping at another outback I’m sticking with the go to Texas Roadhouse

To start off with I realize this was Valentines day that's why the star are not lower. We seated at the bar the bar tender was Friendly but slow. We sat down and placed an order fir blooming onion. It was delicious. We next played our order for our meal. The couple next to use who came after us got thier salad and I didn't so I asked about my salad. The bar tender had to check on it. It was soon delivered after he checked on it. 3 more couples sat down at the bar in the meantime. My wife an I continued to wait for our food. The four couples who sat down before us were served thier food. I asked about our food (45 min to an hour after sitting down) I ask the bar tender to check on our food. Our food was finally served. The 8oz steak I order looked more like 6oz you be the judge I took a picture of it. I ordered it med well, it looked more med rare to me. I was just disappointed in our visit today. 😔

Location ripped me off today. Placed an order today, taking advantage of the 59 wings for 59 dollars special today. Only received 44 wings. I would like my money back for the missing wings and will take the necessary steps to get the refund.
Edit: Tried to call the location to resolve but was placed on hold indefinitely until the phone hung up. That's perfectly fine. I'll handle it thru my bank now. 👍🏽

Outback has become one of those trashy companies that price gouges for using a delivery service. When you order through their website they don't upcharge their food but you have to pay a delivery fee. When you order through a food delivery service like DoorDash they price gouge and increase the cost of their food by almost 20%. The whole point of having a food delivery service is you don't pay delivery fees but that's not supposed to mean that companies change their rate for the same product when it doesn't cost them anymore.

We went here last night after a movie. It was really cold and we were told the HVAC had been acting up. That wouldn't have been too bad but the food was definitely not as good as Outback used to be. Steak, potato, and vegetables basically were tasteless. Very disappointed.

I ordered a Porterhouse based on reviews I read and it was terrible. I ordered it medium charred and it was over cooked with no seasonings. Sent it back and asked for medium rare. Still over cooked and no flavor. Terrible. Do not order the Porterhouse. It was very thin and had no flavor. I could not tell the difference between the filet and the strip. For the price it was no where near what I expected. Do not order the Porterhouse!!!!!
