I have been to this outback multiple times, each time disappointing. Spent over 120.00 for 4 people, did not order alcohol and ordered 1 appetizer. The food portions, specifically the chicken, were small. None of my party finished their meal. Undercooked pasta, small meat portions, and overall bad experience.

Arrived at 4:15 Friday and it wasn't busy so we thought we were in for a great experience but unfortunately the best thing I can say about the visit was the great parking spot and the potato soup. Beyond that the service was not attentive and we had to ask and wait for menus, then longer to order. I had the Blooming burger and he had a small steak, nothing complicated. We waited almost 45 minutes for our food which was frustrating because many folks that came in after us were halfway through their meal before we received ours. Overall the hostess was very nice, service was slow and unattentive and the food was average.

Disappointing service experience. While our waitress was friendly, she was not attentive. We kept our menus after ordering, intending to order more, but she never returned to check on us. We had to flag down the manager just to get our check, which was frustrating and unnecessary. The lack of attention turned what should have been an enjoyable evening into a frustrating experience that ultimately ruined our night.

I went in on a Friday afternoon, around 4pm (Jan 2025) and wanted to order something. To go at the bar bit the staff seemed too busy to attend to me so I left after 10 minutes of waiting.
The odd thing was that someone was cleaning and stocking the bar but didn’t acknowledge me. When the sever came she said et me go get my tablet” and five minutes later still hadn’t returned, so I left.
This could have been an “off night” - perhaps overly busy and understaffed.

My $31 steak was all fat, was not medium well, i asked for to be charged for extra cheese fore my baked potato, my wife said her food was good, I think a premium ribeye should be just that, not mostly fat. I left most of it in the plate.

I went on Halloween for dinner. I got the prime rib and it was the best I’ve ever had. I got it medium and it was cooked just right. The waitress was very friendly. No wait time upon walking in. The food was ready in a timely manner. Overall 5 stars will definitely come back
