Was getting orders here 2-3'tims a week not no more service sucks don't ever answer phone for take out two of the managers or who are ever in charge are very rude not friendly none of the cooks wash there hands they go in the bathroom too talk on the phone and text don't recommend this location at all big waist of money !!

Hadn’t been to this location in almost 2 years as I don’t work in the area anymore, so I decided to order takeout. On 1/30 went almost 2 hours before close and got a sirloin w/ asparagus, and a loaded sweet baked potato for $19.78. The steak was very dry and I was unable to consume it, so I just ate my sides. Very disappointed when I got home, so I called and spoke to the manager the next day. He said bring the receipt and another will be made. I came in through carry out and waited. Two servers gave me eye contact but went on about what they were doing. I even called, but since I was not addressed, I left. I got a survey a few days later, but the issue has not been addressed still, and it was a waste of $20 for me.

The service here sucks the waiters ignore you and never bring back items that you ask for we came in the other day we were seated asap but guess what No server ever came to our table 25min no server they kept walking past the table and wouldn't even look our way I saw a waiter go to a table 3 times for guest who had already been served but not once acknowledged us. We walked out
probably worst service of my life. the food took an hour, and when it finally it come we were missing a lot of pretty large items (lobster, fries, steak, shrimp). it wasn’t even good either it was all cold. after we finished our food it took another half hour to get the checks sorted out. service in restaurant is terrible would not recommend this location

Atmosphere; Unfriendly, & absolutely no appreciation for customers from the hostess, or dining area staff. Our waitress was evidently unable to perform basic tasks, when we were making basic requests, in which we had to remind her several times of things that we requested She had only four tables, & took her 20 minutes or longer just to take our drink order which, I ended going to the bar to get our drinks, after watching them sit @ the bar counter for @ least 10 minutes or more, appetizers arrived before water. Waitress was very apologetic @ payment time, but must say worst waitress pertaining to service that I think I have experienced in a long time, & the worst of it was; we had taken a friend there for his birthday. Now on a brighter note; kitchen staff seemed to have been good @ performing their job duties. Food was brought out by kitchen staff in a timely manner, & also food was served with good presentation, & was prepared very well. The kitchen is the only reason I gave this Outback Steakhouse a three instead of a one or two.
