Why does Open Table care? You cancelled my reservation because the new owner of the Cincinnatian Hotel doesn't want to belong to Open Table. The Palace restaurant is superb.

We celebrated a late Valentine's Day at the Cincinnatian and decided to try out The Palace. We are so glad that we did. Our server Brenda was excellent and the food was even better!

I have been at the restaurant several times and it has always been very good. I find it hard to believe that on regular night, the place is not busy. I go out often to some of the best restaurants in town and would recommend this to anyone. One of the best restaurants in Cincinnati. Go here or one of Jean Roberts because it is the best food in town. Skip Boca and Soho, they are not in the same league and cost as much.

Still one of the best restaurants in Cincinnati. The bottle of wine ordered was not available and they substituted with a bottle of much higher price. Very much appreciated. This was a Valentines Day Menu and it was very nice but more food than I wanted (or needed). The only caveat is that I would check first to see what menu is available.

This was our second Valentines Day visit to the Palace. We had a great meal, as usual. Will definitely return.

Enjoyed the food and service for Valentines Day. Disappointed in our table. Almost not in the dining room. Also one of few tables with no flowers.

It took us by surprise that only fixed menu was available on Valentine's Day. It was not communicated at clearly on website or otherwise. No choice and made it too expensive.

Valentine's dinner was a prix fixe menu for $95 per person. Way too much food for normal appetites. Much of it was too salty for our taste The five course meal moved extremely slowly - took 1 hour and 45 minutes and we were there when they opened at 5:30. Overheard wait staff talking that the hotel had been sold and they would be losing their jobs. Our waiter knew another (regular?) patron and spent more time gossiping with him than attending to us. Less food for a more reasonable price would have helped timing and enjoyment of the experience. We would not recommend, and will not return.

We had a wonderful dining experience in the newly renovated dining room. The wait staff was very attentive. Our waitress, Brenda saw to our every need. The food was so delicious and the presentation was artistic. The lobster bisque was a unique dish unlike any other presentation and all the items blended together into a heavenly soup. The sweat breads were crispy and soft and buttery on the inside. The sea bass was cooked to perfection and the filet was dressed with a heavenly shallot/mushroom sauce. For dessert we were amazed at the creme brûlée with bourbon ice cream and the chocolate cake with the while chocolate bomb filled with beer ice cream and a warm raspberry sauce had a wow factor all its own! Truly an unforgettable meal!

The wine, food, atmosphere and service were impeccable! Hats off to Chef Nathan and our server Brenda! A lovely way to end 2016.

We went for Christmas Eve. It was a prix fixe which was fine, but the food was subpar at best. Two of the beef tenderloin servings were minuscule and horribly over cooked. I guess we should have expected that as the waiter didn't ask us a temperature for the meat until I told him how I wanted mine prepared. Service started off horribly- we waited over 20 mins for a waiter to even get to us for a drink order, and that happened only after someone got up to get them to come over. It did get better, but still subpar for the prices they are charging and a white table cloth setting. This use to be a great place but has fallen significantly. I would not recommend it at all.

The way fine dining used to be. There were some gaps in service but everything was made up . A true gem in the City.

Would not go again with out a groupon. Food was good but very expensive. Server was not on his A game and I found a hair in my desert. There was no one in the restaurant, which should have been our first sign.
