I dined there for lunch Wednesday October 8th with my three cousins. I thought it was strange we were about the only people in there around 1:00.
I ordered the Shrimp Quesadilla and about 4 hours later I was vomiting and very sick. There is no question this place gave me food poisoning! My advice.....don't order seafood at a Mexican Restaurant and don't stay and eat at a restaurant where there it is empty other than your party. Especially during lunch or dinner hours.
No more Cancun for me! I think I was close to being hospitalized. Here it is Saturday...4 days later and still need to eat bland foods but on the road to recovery, thank God!

The food is always hot and tasty with nice size portions. The staff is attentive and does a great job. The music volume level over the dining room speakers could be turned down some. It's a bit loud for general conversation levels.

Shout out to our server, Miguel, for creating a great experience for us! He was perfectly attentive. For a table of picky eaters & vegetarians, it was amazing to have our food right the first time. The food & desserts were very tasty! We didn't wait long for our food. The atmosphere is very chill, not overly theatric or loud. We enjoyed that the restaurant area is a bit separated from the bar area. We will definitely be coming back!

Spent $47 for 2 entrees. I didn't get my extra shrimp, that i paid for. The meat didn't have any seasoning. I felt like I wasted my money

This was the worst Mexican meal I've ever had. We let them know. They didn't say a word. No, I'm sorry, what is the problem with the food? Nothing! Very disappointed.

The staff I met were lovely. I was immediately greeted with smiles and a great attitude (refreshing). We ordered a lot of food and drinks and we could tell everything was prepared carefully and cooked perfectly (we all enjoyed every bite). I've worked as a Line Chef at several four-star restaurants and four-diamond resorts (I can be critical) and I can not tell you one bad thing about my experience. We all left impressed and can't wait to come back.

Going here during lunch time sucks. The food comes out hot, overpriced, and flavorless.

Food is very good for DINE IN! It makes up for their takeout food. Takeout food from here is never nearly as good as dining in, I wouldn't even bother ordering it. Otherwise the staff is fast and friendly, food is excellent, seems clean.

It is always a great time to go to Cancun there are multiple stores around the west side of Cincinnati the guys are so nice and the ladies are very prompt and Pro providing great service whether you’re coming home to eat dinner or an afternoon lunch with friends and family or even a Sunday brunch after church it’s a great place to go and hang out at. Friends and family on the west side get together and meet here all the time I just can’t say enough about the folks that run the place and the food or do I start with the food I usually get the steak and chicken for you the mix corn tortillas just fantastic the ceviche is great as well as the nacho con Pollo and the quesadillas barred as well
