This location, unfortunately, has gone down quickly. The cashier is extremely rude and dismissive of customers. Instead of explaining why when I orders were running 30 minutes late, he rolls his eyes and acts like you are an issue when you have already spent your money. They can’t keep consistent staff so the entrees taste different everytime. I guess it’s time to take my business to a locally owned Chinese shop.

I did Uber and the food was dry as I don’t know what!!!!! They ALWAYS put LESS on your plate if you’re not there. I don’t think I’ll ever order for delivery again from there. I even called the store right after I placed the order. NOTHING the person from Panda did what they said they was going to do with putting ANYTHING in the bag like he said. SO DISAPPOINTING

I visit this Panda Express often, and it’s by far the best one I’ve been to! The customer service is top-notch, everyone is friendly and welcoming. The food is always fresh and hot, especially the orange chicken, which is my favorite. You can tell they take pride in keeping the place clean, and it shows. The manager on shift even checked on us to make sure we were happy, which was a nice touch. If you’re looking for great food and great service, this is the Panda Express to visit!
do not order online. you can show up 20 min late and watch as the last person in the line recieves their food before you get yours. food is amazing. online order is pointless if not punishinh

I am writing to bring to your attention an incident that occurred at the Panda Express location at 6180 Glenway Ave, Cincinnati, OH 45211.
On 8/12, at approximately [2:10pm], I observed an employee named Helen handling food without wearing gloves. She was also seen touching her hair and eyes while serving customers. This is a clear violation of health and safety regulations, and it poses a risk of food contamination and the spread of disease.
In addition, I noticed that Helen did not wash her hands after handling potentially contaminated items, such as the food utensils when serving food to customers.
"Helen" has become my least favorite employee at panda express.
I also emailed certain employees directly.
