I did a mobile pick up order like I usually do at the Colerain location and I sent my boyfriend in to grab our order. The lady at counter ignored him as if he wasn’t there standing waiting to be helped before another customer and proceeded to look over him and help the customer behind him. Then when he told The customer that he was there first the worker wants to ask for the phone, which we’ve never been asked to show the order on the phone before picking up. And I’ve picked up Multiple times. Very unprofessional. Also our food order was wrong, I ordered orange chicken the original and got the new. Not a fan

By far the worst panda to go to never has anything and there workers have told me for multiple nights there out of items hours before closing time. Gotta be management or just lazy workers STAY
