This was THE WORST Panera I've ever been to in my life...Staff was barely present, kiosks didn't work properly, it took forever to get our food once someone rung us up. They didn't have enough chicken to make my sandwich...I'm not really a fan of Panera but decided to give them another try today...this experience made me less reluctant to try Panera again...
