I got like the vanilla iced latte and it was good but even better mixed with cream that the store provided. The food was great also.
Annoying staff
Best Panera in Cincinnati. Like seriously.
Jessica buck is outstanding with her job and so kind!
The prices here are higher than all the other locations. Barely any meat on any of the sandwiches will not be going back.
Good for a coffee or tea had a bagel but no fresh healthy options
This is top-shelf review that I almost don't want to leave, in fear that it might become crowded. But, it is not right for me to keep this gem to myself. This Panera is my favorite of all Panera's I have visit. And, as a perennial Sip Club member, I have visited a lot! It is clean and pleasant inside and has all the greenery outside. See you there next week!
Grateful for this Panera on a very cold morning at 7am - they have the fireplace going! Not super busy here yet, so enjoying the moment :)
Paid $17 to get the wrong food!
There are several signs saying to head to the pick up counter to get my cup. Every time, the staff ignores me and looks at me bewildered for asking for my cup. Maybe not the best way to self serve a cup...
Also, when you do hand me my cup. Do not slide it across the dirty counter without looking up from the sandwich you're making. I'm a paying customer. Make eye contact, smile and hand it to me like a human being.
No spoon was included in the bag for my soup. The pastries were not included in the to-go bag. They were in boxes on the side. I had to ask if they were part of my order or not. Very confusing trying to pick up food. Last time I came, I received the wrong soup. Accuracy is an issue.

My daughter and I ordered two bowls of soup. I put my spoon in it and the BOWL went halfway up a spoon. How is that a bowl of soup for $9?!?!?!? What a joke. The grilled cheese was so sopping wet with butter the bread was soggy and gross.
Pro: clean, nicely laid out dining room, patio, convenient location
Cons: they constantly run out of ingredients, cooks are rude, food never looks anything like it is in pics or other locations, run out of coffee, never have cream or almond milk for coffee
The worst place to eat in mariemont even McDonald’s taste better and that’s saying something cuz McDonald’s is nasty in mariemont. But how the hell do u mess up a grill cheese and tomato soup. The grill cheese damn near chocks ya. Two big ass pieces of bread and so much cheese that’s not even cooked or melted. Bread is wet and soggy. Then they have me potato soup instead of tomato soup. And u can see the grease sitting on top of the soup. Then it had no potatoes in it just cheese that was melted at the bottom of the bowl. Nasty. No crackers the only thing that was good was the chips in a bag. Even the drink was foul. Never again and ill be posting pics and everything on fb instagram snap let everyone no to stay away from that store
Nobody works the order counter, waited 10 minutes. Forced to use the kiosks which don't take cash. The staff never acknowledged us though there were 3 of them talking and laughing at the cook station. Panera is better than this at other locations.

Half these rave reviews cannot be real. I seem to forget how poor the food was each time I go back. This time the broccoli cheddar soup was so watered down it wasn’t even kind of filling. Poor service, understaffed. Panera in general has gone so downhill.
