Ordered 2 salads with extra green goodness dressing, got none at all. They didn’t say they were out, very disappointed. Also tried to eat my food in the dining room and was told it was closed. Closed due to “short staff” but the restaurant was empty and they had at least 4 staff members there. Won’t be returning

45 minutes after they opened, I got a Sandwitch with avocado that was almost black. Reusing food from the day before
Ordered the sausage, egg, and cheese croissant. Got one small bacon piece, egg, and NO Cheese or sausage. Just a croissant with egg mostly. What happened??

I had one of the worst experiences at Panera Bread in Cincinnati. The customer service was absolutely terrible—the staff was incredibly rude and dismissive, acting like I was an inconvenience rather than a paying customer. I waited way too long for my food, and when I finally got it, it was cold, stale, and completely unappetizing.
To make things worse, when I politely asked for my order to be corrected, the employees acted like I was being unreasonable. No apology, no effort to fix it—just attitude. The place wasn’t even busy, so there was no excuse for the poor service.
On top of that, the restaurant was dirty, with tables covered in crumbs and trash piling up. For the prices they charge, you’d expect at least decent food and a clean environment.
I won’t be coming back, and I definitely don’t recommend this place to anyone. If I could give zero stars, I would!
