I order the food half the orders missing and I call back to them they didn't listen and they were very rude and meen and the food that I was ordered is very cold and I get hair in my sandwich and I told to them they say do what ever you want to do and totally it's very bad experience to me even I call them they are very rude to me and they did even care

I had one of the worst experiences at Panera Bread in Cincinnati. The customer service was absolutely terrible—the staff was incredibly rude and dismissive, acting like I was an inconvenience rather than a paying customer. I waited way too long for my food, and when I finally got it, it was cold, stale, and completely unappetizing.
To make things worse, when I politely asked for my order to be corrected, the employees acted like I was being unreasonable. No apology, no effort to fix it—just attitude. The place wasn’t even busy, so there was no excuse for the poor service.
On top of that, the restaurant was dirty, with tables covered in crumbs and trash piling up. For the prices they charge, you’d expect at least decent food and a clean environment.
I won’t be coming back, and I definitely don’t recommend this place to anyone. If I could give zero stars, I would!

The team was so accommodating to me and my 14 month old when we came in to eat. Sometimes it’s hard going to eat solo with a toddler but they made the experience great for us and were very helpful even though they didn’t have to. It was clean and the food was great!

Panera's cinnamon chip bagels are my all-time favorite! A placement order, received a promptly. The staff was extremely polite and friendly. A thunderstorm happened to pop up while I was in the restaurant and they had no problem with me sitting in there until the thunderstorm cleared. Will definitely return to this panera.
