The excitement when taking the first bite turned into an unbearable disappointment when I realized that my Ciabatta Cheesesteak had NO steak at all! After a one-day visit to the University of Cincinnati, I decided to order a cheesesteak sandwich to-go for the 3-hour trip back home. When I realized the horror truth, we were already 50 miles away from Cincinnati so the only thing I had was the toasted (Panera) bread with melted cheese and roasted sweet peppers. To be fair, the cheese and sweet peppers tasted good. But ... where was my steak as in "cheeseSTEAK" ??? Lesson learnt: don't come back; or dine in; or check your sandwich to make sure you get everything you order before leaving for the interstate! I am only giving this 5 stars because it might be the most bizarre experience I had in my life and it brought me great joy. I couldn’t wait to tell everyone in my life how absurd my experience here was. It just kept getting weirder and weirder. I wish I cold relive it

This is absolutely the worst Panera I have ever been to and it’s so unrepresentative of the rest. From missing and wrong orders to really terrible quality or never offering half the menu, this is not one you should go to unless you have no other option. The attached photo is my $14 burnt yet soggy sandwich that had a strip of slimy turkey and small amounts of etc. Don’t go here. Stay home.

Slow and bad service, the workers were inattentive and seemed high on something. My sandwich had a salad dressing on it instead of mayonnaise and nothing we ordered was toasted.

Okay at best. Didn't have sourdough bread at lunchtime for Napa chicken salad sandwich. Only one bagel type available. Didn't inform that needed a code to go to the restroom so had to figure it out...

They always get something wrong on your order. Service isn't the greatest. I literally watched a woman who worked there tell customers that they weren't taking any orders for 20min. Then turn around and take these 2 guys order 5mins after she told other people that she wasn't taking orders for 20min.

Worst Panera I’ve ever experienced. Order was delivered late, missed several items, the salad was missing chicken and had two hairs in it. They refunded the full order but this single order makes me never want to order Panera again. Terrible!

I door dashed from this Panera and usually I am skeptical because sometimes businesses don't look at the items you wanted to add or remove from your meal. However, this Panera hit it spot on. I got the Bacon Turkey Bravo Sandwhich and it was amazing. It came with a bag of kettle chips which were also outstanding (I am not usually a fan of kettle chips). I have never had anything bad to say about this Panera and I recommend, 10/10!!
I placed an order with Uber eats over an hour and a half ago. My first driver canceled after arriving. My second driver was waiting for over a half hour. I order 1 bowl of soup. I tried calling this location 3 times and no one picked up the phone. Finally my driver asked what the wait was for and apparently they lost my order and weren’t going to fulfill it. So my driver then canceled and I had no way of contacting the restaurant to get this sorted out, so after waiting over an hour and a half I had to cancel my order. I’d give you 0 stars if I could. What horrible service.

My daughter ordered lunch for her bridal party and herself at the Lytle Hotel. It never arrived and when we tried calling no one answered the phone or answered and set the receiver down. We could never get a hold of anyone. We tried calling another Panera to see if they could help and were told that the mentioned Panera Bread does this all the time. After speaking with Panera customer service, we were told that it was independently owned. So if you are planning a big event and need lunch catered, don't use the Panera Bread at 120 Calhoun St., Cincinnati, Ohio.

Why Tf does the picture for grilled cheese have regular bread but I got a damn baguette with what looks like melted shredded cheese and had no option to specify what bread. Does it come with regular bread or does it come in a baguette?!?!

My first time at the Coryville/UC location. Very large and spacious location. The food was delicious. The soups at Panera are tasty, seasoned perfectly and filling. Sandwiches are always freshly made. Great lunchtime combination.
