Service was terrible and the staff was neglectful I wait 45 minutes for a smoothie that nobody would help with then when we received the smoothie it tasted very bitter and metallic when I tried to respectfully get a refund they were very rude and difficult.

The place is dirty. Service is slow. Breakfast sandwich used to be better. Panera has gone downhill. Definitely not worth the money spent.

Dear Ownership: I believe you need to empower the management in your staff to make hiring decisions that better reflect your values. This includes equipping them with a team that has the time, energy, and resources to keep things stocked and available... like straws, sweetners, half-and-half, cups, soda, coffee, and more!
I've attached an image... I think today was the fourth time in a week that I saw the same bottle and toilet paper on the floor of the stall in the men's bathroom. If I see it in there again, I'm absolutely calling the health department.
Update 11/6: I've sensed an improvement in this location since making this post. The bathroom has seemed to be being cleaned more consistently. I've increased the star rating.

I'm very disappointed. I am starving and can't leave to pick up my own lunch bc we are busy at work. I ordered a soup and whole cheesesteak sandwich. I was delivered a half of a barbecue chicken sandwich. I could literally cry but instead I'll just laugh while my stomach cramps and wait 5 business days to be refunded 25 dollars. Thanks guys really appreciate your attention to detail today.

First the selections were very limited and they said they think it was because truck was delayed. The entire restaurant was dirty. Took incredibly long to get food and the employees worked at a snails pace worst service I have seen at any Oa era and any restaurant we have visited in a long time. Will never walk back in this location
