I ordered a Cobb salad. And broccoli and cheddar soup instead of getting a Cobb salad, they gave me iceberg, lettuce, and red onions. This is not what I considered a COB. B salad i don't think I will be visiting again..

I placed a mobile order totaling $60, with a scheduled pickup time of 7:13 PM. However, I didn’t receive my food until 7:38 PM, and when I finally did, the order was rushed and completely incorrect. My little brother’s grilled cheese wasn’t even grilled, the two chicken bacon ranch sandwiches were missing both bacon and cheese, and the baguette had fuzz on it. To make matters worse, the two soup bowls weren’t even filled properly.
On top of the poor food quality, the customer service was unacceptable. The employee preparing my order was visibly rude—rolling her eyes, scoffing, and throwing me dirty looks as if I wouldn’t notice. Talking to the other employees about “What’s all this stuff for?” I understand it was nearing towards the end of the night, but with an hour still left before closing, there was no excuse for such unprofessional behavior.
This experience was incredibly disappointing. I hope management takes action to improve both the quality of the food and the overall customer service. I work in consumer service and I would NEVER treat my customers like that.

I paid for a bowl of tomato soup and after removing the croutons that were loaded in there, I ended up with a cold cup of soup. Then to be laughed at when I called is ridiculous. This location is the worst, I get this soup from another location at least once a week and have never received a half bowl of croutons.

Went there today for an early lunch hour. Wanted to order soup. Girl behind counter said they don't serve lunch for another 15 minutes. She was very polite and offered me a drink upon waiting. I said no thank you, I needed to get going and I'd be back another time. As I was walking out the door, a gentleman came running after me saying they could serve me the soup now. I went back in, ordered it and a pastry to go. Thank you ALL very much for accommodating my early lunch needs. This was very much appreciated!!
