Waited 30 minutes watching people who came after me getting their food before me. Asked what happened and discovered my order had been skipped and when it was finally given to me, it was the wrong sandwich. I usually love Panera, but this location is seemingly ran by children. Too expensive for the experience I had. I passed on Skyline to come here. Very regretful.

Went through the drive thru. No receipt given. Half my order missing so had to go in to get that fixed. Only to get home and the grilled cheese sandwiches weren't grilled at all. Looked like they put cheese between two pieces of bread and put them in the microwave instead.

I order me food and tried to get a side which I'm paying for they told me they could not do it unless I order a sandwich. I have never heard of that before. They are the only panara bread that will not do a side of anything. Ridiculous!!

TL;DR : MALICIOUS PICK 2 ADVERTISING, horrible incorrect sandwich that is inedible. Their menu make it seem like you are going to get two whole sandwiches for their pick 2 deal, you don't, they randomly choose which sandwich they give you for a half, on top of that I ordered a green goddess caprese sandwich and ended up with a baguette that has tomatoes and mayonnaise. I have been here many times, and something has changed recently and this is unacceptable.

I ordered a loaf of bread only to Find out they did not have it when I went to pick it up! I re-ordered to pick up the next day. When I got home and opened the bag, it looked good but when I opened it to make grilled cheese, I realized they sliced it thick. I had requested it to be thin! Ugh this is frustrating!! The young man who helped me re-order the bread was very nice and I know he was off on Saturday, so this was not his fault. How hard is it to follow simple directions?

My mom is feeling under the weather so I decided to grab her two bowls of chicken noodle soup via the drive thru. Only to get there and WAIT because NOBODY addressed me via the speaker. I literally had to find a place to park go inside and wait then place my order. Prior to my entry i did call the restaurant to advise I was outside but no answer. Once inside I questioned why the wait she advised it was shift change. No apology or anything, BUT she did ask if I had a My Panera card. DO BETTER!!!!
