Food was good, although they were out of a few things. Employees at register and prepping food were nice. Couldn’t find a plug in for my laptop but not a huge deal.
The reason I’m leaving a negative review is because as I was eating, I watched an employee arrive, go behind the counter with their purse and jacket, not wash their hands, lay money down on the food prep area, pull a bagel out of the tray with bare hands, use a knife to cut it and put it in the warmer, pick up the money and move it to another area of the food prep counter, pull the bagel out of the warmer and put it back in (still with unwashed bare hands), and open the cooler to get cream cheese out. So if I watched all of this happen in 30 seconds I’m not sure how clean the rest of the food prep area is…

Have to go here now because the Paxton location closed in my opinion this Kenwood location should have closed and kept Hyde Park open I hope they open up a store in Hyde Park or Oakley or Norwood area

The restaurant was very messy with spills all near the register that no one was addressing and the employee who waited on me was very rude and unpleasant. I was passing through the area traveling and thankfully will not need to visit this Panera again.

I’m regular to this location and usually I do take outs. This has gone downhill from last couple of months or so. The orders are a total mess ups . Either chips missing , adding egg to a vegan sandwich, missing to add veggies with just a cheese slice. Even I had instances where half part of sandwich missing . They don’t even double check the order before packaging. It’s at a convenient location for me hence I was regular, now I’ll switch to a different brand. Panera has left its charm. Double check your orders if you are visiting here.
