Absolutely LOVE this Colerain Panera location! My order is always ready at the Rapid Pick-Up station morning and afternoon, and everything is always perfect. They have a terrific manager who was sweet enough to offer me a taste of the new Fireside Chili, which was scrumptious, after I raved about Panera bringing back my beloved Baked Potato Soup! Happy to be working on this side of town now that I realize they have the BEST Panera here with the friendliest, most efficient and excellent employees and management.
Every time I’ve ordered from here the last three times they have prepared the wrong order. I literally ordered a customized sandwich and they delivered something totally different. My husband ordered a sandwich and they gave him a salad.

It's so overpriced for the food to be this bad and incorrect,the broccoli and cheddar soup tasted like water, we asked for sides of chips and we got sides of french baguettes,come on, for the prices you charge you really need to do better

First off, the young lady at drive thru was nice and courteous. But… my daughter suffered 2nd degree burns from the tomato soup she ordered. The lid wasn’t secure and the tomato soup was too hot, apparently scolding hot, enough to burn my daughter’s thigh, large area.. I get upset thinking about it. Especially the thought of if it had been my grand child. At least my daughter is older but the way she screamed Mom! Repeatedly. I did call corporate and yadayada.. they will get back with me. So… if u order soup from them or any restaurant, please be careful. Ask the store to double check the container.
