First off papa John's pizzas are wonderful but my order today was door dash they put my food on the ground in the rain didn't call or knock when I spoke with the restaurant they fully refunded my money thank you papa John's this is my second issue with door dash service

They charge 5.99 for delivery, but literally REFUSE to enter a door code and go up one flight of stairs to deliver an order. I don’t know about other customers, but if I have to get dressed and come meet them, I’d rather save myself the 5.99 + Tip by jumping in my truck and hittin’ a drive thru. After all, their is NOTHING special about their food.

I ordered online, it was supposed to be a epic stuffed crust with toppings, somehow the order ended up going on wrong, I know I should have checked before I submitted it, my pizza arrived, and it was cold, I'm only 7 mins away, no reason for it to be cold.

I order something instead of trying to correct my order, he ask did I speak with someone with an accent, what does have to do with what I ordered, just correct and stop cutting me off when I'm trying to get what I originally ordered! I guess I'll just call SHAQ!!!

The downtown section for Papa John's has been straight with me until this last occurrence. I had ordered a large " The Meats" pizza that was set to arrive at my place for delivery around 7;16 that day. I place it around between 6:20-6:30 online.
Here's the kicker. They didn't even use their own drivers to deliver my pizza . They used "Doordash," but the driver NEVER showed up to my address. Never called or texted, nothing. So I had to call back and tell them this. They asked if I wanted it redelivered. I said no, it's much faster to do pickup. So I get to the store to gather my food, and guess what? Food was not even ready, despite the fact that I told them I was on my way. That the only time Ive had service from them. But they inconvenienced me in a horrible way.

Food was hot and fresh. Order was accurate and prepared very quickly, especially for how busy the store was on a Saturday night 11pm in the heart of downtown. Employees were friendly and helpful. Will gladly do business here again.

PLEASE listen to the low star reviews. My friends and I ordered food from this location yesterday. We had boneless buffalo wings and a pizza. After myself and one other friend ate the buffalo wings, we got food poisoning. And the pizza was trash.

Anytime i pay for something xtra, i don’t get everything i paid for. Weather its extra garlic sauce or a 2 liter or extra peppers. This location and the location on Brotherton rd have been slacking even it comes to customers getting their moneys worth. This is my last time ordering.
