Order Papa John’s on Uber eats and I’m so regretful.The pizza seemed like it had been sitting under a heat lamp as the cheese was separated and grease was saturated all over the pizza.I also order the cheese bacon sticks and they were cold and dry.Very disappointing!

Ordered this yesterday, got a pizza and chicken bread bites. Haven't eaten anything since then because I have been extremely sick since eating this. I typically have a very strong stomach and most food does not upset my stomach like literally at all. But whatever the Hell they did to this food was awful. I can't sleep and keep waking up to go throw up, and feel so fatigued and nauseous.

In the past month, I've made two ordered consisting for a large, regular crust pizza. Both times, I've received a pizza that has extremely thin crust. Almost non-existent on some slices because of how paper thin it can be. I also ordered a chocolate cookie last time and it arrived way overcooked.

Driver didn't know which address is since we have 2 apartment towers with same na,e that has 2 different address which is a good thing my coworker made sure the pizza for me at the security booth otherwise the pizza would've been stolen by the tenants in the bldg from the delivery driver not knowing on what they are doing.

The Garlic Stuffed Crust Pizza is excellent....for pickup or carryout only. Every time I order delivery from this location, it's delivered by Doordash and takes 90 minutes to arrive.

Placed my order in nearly 10mins prior. Took me over 5 mins to walk there. Within 15mins my order wasn't even prepped yet. At this point I barely had 10 minutes left of my break. The staff was moving very slow. I was doing this during my lunch break. The chick who rang me out just tossed my recipe at me in a rude manner. First and last time ordering here. The food was delicious.
Picked up this cookie pizza as part of their free birthday rewards. If you sign up for their rewards program, you can get a free dessert for your birthday. It's as good of a deal as you can get if you're a Papa John's fan. The food was ready fast and the staff was friendly. Similar to most pizza shops, there's no indoor seating so carry out is the go to option.

I lived in Cincinnati for one year before deciding to go to the Cincinnati Union Terminal on New Years eve. I asked the young lady at the desk a few questions regarding activities, parking and admission and just received the resting b**** face with very little details. It's really unfortunate because I blog and word of mouth is the best advertisement. I wasn't interested in spending a dime or my time. Customer service is everything.

I called in a order at 5:54 it's now 7:29 still haven't gotten my delivery. The last 4 times I've ordered from here it's been the same thing. When I do call I'm told they are short staffed. Then maybe up the expected time.. like management at this location is a joke..
