We are visiting from Georgia and we’re so pleased to have this Papa John’s nearby! The pizza dough was not greasy!! It was actually fresh tasting pizza! We lucked out with this location! We were nervous to see what the store was like but it was very clean and the staff was very friendly right when we walked! Clean, friendly , and great tasting!

We (My family), always have the same problem with this store. Either they leave the pizza outside and don't knock or anything, or they completely forget one of the items! Multiple times I've had to call this store with these issues, it's a little ridiculous. I DO enjoy the pizza though!

I would give 0 if possible. The lady on the phone was so rude. She interrupted me and said she was speaking. I called back to cancel and spoke with a gentleman that was kind and offered the pizza for free but still hung up while I was speaking. The first person was waiting for me to receive the free pizza offered and was immediately confrontational. I told her she was being a B and why I pushed the free pizza away and went to dominos across the street. They were kind and said that was normal from papa John’s. Please don’t go here. Dominos has better deals anyway and way better customer service.

Did not receive my food did not tell me no delivery driver so they forward order to door bash without given me option to pick up r do door dash if given that option I would have picked up my order because I never received my order but I paid for it and take 5 business days to return money so thanks for white castle's

The dough was raw underneath the toppings. This was just my experience that day. My coworker buys à giant peperroni pizza from this store every Saturday and it's absolutely delicious! I hope my next experience will be a lot better.

I am currently sitting here and I just watched an employee stop making food, pick his nose flick it, sweep some stuff up off the floor, and go right back to making food with their bare hands never washed his hands in the 10 minutes. I've been sitting here. I feel bad for whoever's food he's making and thankfully I saw that before I ordered.

Pizza was delivered but was missing a topping. I end up eating it anyway because i didn’t want to wait another hour for food. Looked at the receipt afterwards and the pizza was for another person/address entirely. Nice attention to detail.
