I had my first Papa John's experience today at the Cincinnati Monfort Heights location it was amazing pizza I had 1 pepperoni and 1 sausage pizza the manager made the pepperoni and a worker made the sausage a little contest between the two so which one made the better pizza they were equally amazing 5 stars to both of them the restaurant was clean and the atmosphere was very inviting I will 100% revisit this location again in the very near future I'm a fan of Papa John's Pizza.

So I order from here more often than I should. They are usually amazing!! But this last experience was not. I asked for a meats pizza. They confirmed it verbally. However when I picked up the pizza and got home, it was the works pizza. I'm allergic to olives so unfortunately I could not eat it. I had to throw it away. The customer service is always great, except for today. The guy was very soft spoken, I could barely understand anything he said. I had to ask him to repeat himself multiple times.

Our delivery driver was very kind. But the food arrived like we were definitely the last one on the stop. It was all cold and not the greatest.

Pizza was terrible....it was Christmas Eve and we asked for a 5:30 pickup...I think the pizza and bread sticks were made hours before that.

BUYER BEWARE! Horrible service on every level, (this place does not deserve one star). It seems obvious to me that Papa John's is hiring from the bottom of the application pool for store workers and management. Shawn (the manager) missed the class on customer service. I specified that my order of wings and steak Papadia be put in a bag and hand delivered...the wings were set (more like) thrown in front of my door and outside its container on the ground. Shawn the "manager" was too busy at first to get on the phone and when he did he was argumentative, condescending and unprofessional. LaRosa's and Donatos is my option from here on out.

Papa John’s as a whole is going downhill. Simple instructions on an order or overlooked and god forbid you expect them to bring you they sauces they charge you for. Guess it’s ok to just have me pay for things and not bring them with the order… it’s simple look at the order and make it as it says… lackluster work ethic makes me feel lil Caesars would be a better option…

Called our order in and didn’t get it. Never called to tell us our order wasn’t on the way and went up to the place if service we had to wait another 30 min. Manager wasn’t pleasant and didn’t listen.

They had a deal online for a hoagie and a 20 oz pop for $7.99, so I ordered 3. When I went to pick it up, they didn’t have any of the pops I ordered in 20 oz bottles. The only pops they had in 20 oz bottles were all regular, but they did have the kind I ordered in 2 liters. My daughter is Type 1 diabetic, so if I do let her drink a pop, it has to be diet or zero sugar. The manager, Steve, was so sweet and gave me a 2 liter for each 20 oz bottle on my order, though I didn’t expect that much at all. He then offered me disposable cups and helped me carry my order out to my vehicle, which I also didn’t expect at all. He really didn’t have to do any of that, and not many people would these days, so for him to do all that extra really helped to restore some of my faith in humanity. I hope I see him again the next time I order. Thank you so much Steve, you’re amazing. The world needs more kind souls like you. Oh yeah, and the food was really good too, the kids and I really enjoyed it!
