I ordered the Epic Stuffed Crust Pizza for Super Bowl because of a commercial advertisement. It was not what was advertised on TV at all. The pizza was paper thin and no Garlic Butter on or in the crust at all. It has been years since I have had Papa John's. This disappointment does not make me want to order from Papa John's again.

This Papa John’s keeps track of their orders like Casey Anthony did of her daughter. All the way up to phone calls addressing the problem coming far later than is reasonable, giving unbelievably bizarre excuses for the problem, and denying any guilt or responsibility.

I keep trying to give them a chance. They are on chance 25 I think. They don’t care that they are never on time with food and that orders are wrong. They run 30 minutes behind on pickups and forget to cook some of the food. There trying to fix the situation is to refund what wasn’t cooked. I’m officially done!

I order a pizza last night got it delivered to my friend room she’s in the hospital. I have contacted food poison. I should have looked at the reviews before ordering .I’m literally sick and weak. Please be careful if you go to this location. You will be in the restroom all night which is not fun at all. I will be calling the board of health on this location. I’m really scared to eat anything..

Uriah’s store blessed me this afternoon with one of the best thin crusted pizzas I’ve had in years! The ingredients were fresh as hell! The crust was perfect. It was piping hot. The bacon was crunchy. I mean damn I couldn’t have asked for a better pizza honestly! I’m speechless ???The North Bend Location early is a must.
Nobody answers the phone and neglect of paying attention to an order for someone with a severe allergy

I ordered through Door Dash. I ordered a large pizza and a 20oz Pepsi. When my Dasher arrived he mentioned that he thought it odd that the receipt from Papa Johns said I'd ordered the 20oz but when he asked if he should just grab it from the fridge they told him no. They said I hadn't ordered one. I called the store and was transferred to who I was told was the manager. He expressed time and time again that the store had no fault and that it was Door Dash's fault. I told him what the Dasher told me had been said in the store and he just reiterated that the Dasher should have just grabbed the soda......when I told the manager the Dasher was told by store staff not to grab a soda the manager said, "Oh yeah man that's definitely DoorDash's fault." No, what it is is pathetic customer service.

Pizza here is consistently good, but this time it was exceptional! We ordered today for dinner on the app, it estimated 29-39 minutes, and it arrived piping hot and delicious about 15-20 minutes later. Pizza delivery to my address in general takes 40+ minutes, so I couldn't have been more pleased!
