After spending well over $50 on my pickup order I realized my husband had accidentally ordered a 20 oz cola instead of a 2 liter. I asked the manager if I could just pay the difference and get a 20 oz or get a refund for the 20 oz and she denied both requests. My family spends way too much money here in this economy for this kind of bad customer service. No more Thursday night pizza at papa John’s it will be Larosas from here on out.

When I called my order in. The gentleman that answered was very nice to me. He explained that he was shorthanded and it would take an hour. I explained that I had just had surgery a few days ago and that would be fine. I order my food. The gentleman that delivered my food was so nice. It was delivered in under the 1 hours time. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! The delivery driver (Donna, maybe?) didn’t follow my delivery instructions, rang the doorbell loudly (which was very disruptive), and forgot my drink. I’m sick, so my dad answered the door, and unfortunately, I wasn’t able to check the order myself.
When I called the store for help, the first person who answered said that her manager, Steve, could issue a credit or send the driver back—though she mentioned that the driver was “iffy” and would probably take forever to return. I opted for the credit, but then she abruptly hung up! I called back, only to be met with silence. No response. It felt like they couldn’t have cared less.
I waited ages for my delivery, only to be met with this terrible experience. It’s disappointing because I actually like their food, but the customer service at this location is absolutely unacceptable.

Ive ordered the pep and saus six cheese blend with italian seasoning like 100 times over the years from all over. I was given a basic pep and saus. The other food was correct but frozen food from kroger would be better. Everything was a few seconds away from being overcooked (very close to being burnt)
