We get delivery quite often without fail, but tonight... the pizzas were awful, they arrived cold, I ordered quite a few extra sauces and none of them arrived with the order. I called immediately to have them send them and it took almost an hour.

I called Suzanne the manager and explained to her my food was not up to standards she express that the problem is not her restaurant problem but thw person who delivered. As I express to her I wanted her to know this is the second time. Ive order with extra sauce , black olives , extra cheese and it looks like this . She got silent and said okay thanks for letting her know but she wasnt going to do anything about it with a dry attitude .

My husband pizza was good but my pizza was half thin crust and burnt and the other side regular crust and burnt. Usually have great pizza from them. I don't know why they sent my pizza out the door.

NEVER AGAIN!!! Crappy delivery. J*** Female Manager working night if 5/27/23 - rude and threatening!! I asked for the credit I was due because the prior order arrived looking as if the delivery driver was hit in a head on collision after carrying my pizza sideways to his car. Terrible. My pizza should have come with spoons!! After contacting the Manager that worked on 5/12/23 and PROMISED I'd get a credit for my next order - turns out he Lied!! Bad enough right? I called to collect on this credit and asked the female manager to duplicate my prior order to use up this credit and she refused AND hung up on me. I drove the mile to the store furious!! Not only was, I lied to, but yet another manager was incompetent. Upon arriving at Papa John's. I see signs that they're needing employees. I wonder why? If I had managers like the two that worked there I wouldn't work for them. Managers are supposed to lead by example - poor staff obviously it's a franchise so therefore you can't call corporate. But I will find out who owns the Papa John's on Glenway and make sure my reviews and pictures of my pizza from this location goes Viral!!
Pretty sure that my pizza was carried out of the store sideways as you can see the entire middle has slid, including the crust. And the excuse of a banana pepper? I’m pretty sure this is a seedling that they would use to grow more. Called the complain and the manager Alfred just made excuses. Said they didn’t have any way to keep the pizza from sliding around the delivery vehicle. My pizza was Luke warm and looks like the vehicle that it was delivered in must’ve flipped over upside down in a major 12 car pile up. Was kind of surprised they didn’t send me a spoon with it!!! They gave me a credit but I doubt I’ll ever see it. Worst waste of $27 I’ve ever had in my entire life. When it comes to recommending Papa John’s pizza on Glenway? JUST. SAY. DOMINO’S!!!!

For a corporate fast food pizza chain, I'd have to say Papa Johns is the best there is. The food is always good, and 100% consistent with the quality. With the years of ordering food from this specific spot, their has not been one incident of them messing up the food or bad customer service, whether it be carry out or delivery.For the prices that Papa John's serve for, it's no wonder why it's such an easy decision for my household to order in the first place. I mean, 20$ just for two large pizzas (carry-out only, but still), it's hard to compete, especially with the standard of quality.To those in the area, I highly reccommend this place. It is no 3 star gourmet restauraunt or a fine culture-rich original Italian business, but a corporate American pizza chain. However, for what you're getting, and the good texture and quality of the food, it is WELL worth it.
