Service can improve, as well as the food. We get half and half and they ALWAYS GET IT WRONG. Its either not the right toppings or they are mixed together 😕

I guess they just close when they want to. Just tried to place an order and was denied. Website says they close at midnight.

Ordered a pizza with pepperoni and green peppers. Should have checked order before I left store , because there was NO pepperoni. Tried calling and was transferred to one automatic voice to another
Finally hung up. Won't be ordering from them again.

I didn't get any food, because the female that just answered Norwood Papa Johns phone is saying Large pizza is 19.99 not 16.99... Guess my children & I figure out whatelse will have for dinner tonight.

I honestly regret not asking for her name but the manager that is on staff most evenings. She is honestly running one of the tightest shifts I’ve seen. I DoorDash around 400-500 deliveries a month and this lady is def one of these leaders I’ve seen while working. I wasn’t her customer since I was delivering but this lady needs more than a raise. GIVE HER A PROMOTION!

I love Papa John's! I recommend the cheese sauce for dipping! It is the best! Plus they have great deals on their app. I spent $17.00 on a 50$ order because of online coupons! Papa John's you are a rock star!

I recently ordered a chicken Alfredo Papa Bowl a week ago. Now this was 3rd time purchasing this item because I'm new to it. So I get back to my office only realized they literally half the ingredients than the last 2 times. I was tempted not to call for a credit but my coworkers talked me into. I called it in talk to the manager and explained myself. She took my credit and I was fine with that. Today I ordered my coworkers' meal and I called in my credit. I get back to my office and it's literally the same issue for both our bowls. I rather not call in credit because the manager could have just told if they were cutting back their portions I would have understood and purchased something else. Papa John's Norwood please do better

Walked in and ordered an extra large chicken and onion, pizza and cheese sticks Got my order there was practically no ingredients on this pizza and No cheese on the cheese sticks I am very very very disappoint. In what’s become of papa John’s pizza and I know everything has gone up in price but does it mean that you all skimp that much on the ingredients that should be on the pizza? I used to enjoy Papa John’s pizza, but I really don’t think that I would be patronizing this pizzeria anymore I also will not recommend it to no one else
