My wife and I order from the store on Winton Rd just about every week. Tonight was awful and we will never give them our business again. I placed an order online for pick up at 5. I got to the store at 5 picked up the pizza. The box was warm but not hot like normal. We live 5 minutes from the store. Long story short the pizza was cold as ice . I went back to the store asked for a refund and for a fresh pizza . They gave me a refund but refused to make a fresh pizza. I asked to speak to the manager . He was rude and refused to do anything . Long story short they lost a customer tonight .

Im calling corporate. More talking than working, its everytime!! My mobile app says its ready I get there and its NOT ready. Got my refund and bounced, do better papa johns. Norwood location is wayyy better. Edit i never got my refund

KEVIN IS THE WORST PERSON I HAVE EVER HAD TO DEAL WITH TRYING TO ORDER FOOD. KEVIN Takes the top 3 in terrible people in life. How he has a job in the food industry is beyond my comprehension. It took 55 minutes to even get here,10 minutes away. I called to let them know that the pizza was terrible. Undercooked and been in the box long enough to sag the bottom from the grease that wasn't cooked off. KEVIN answered the phone and after I made my complaint he proceeded to tell me that HE made the pizza and HE knows that I am not telling the truth. That this pizza in the pictures was made by HIM. KEVIN and was perfect. Worst experience I've had ordering pizza to date and I have never been called a liar by anyone let alone some pizza hack that threw out some BS. I will be sending this to corporate KEVIN. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE. I EVEN TIPPED THE DRIVER $10 AND DIDN'T EVEN GET THE PAPER PLATES AND NAPKINS. I wish I could give negative ⭐ for sure because they definitely do not get any stars.
