Always ask for extra pepperchinis and sometimes you might get 1 extra other times you get someone else you might get 5. Needs to be an area on the app to request this, I dont mind paying extra as long as I get it. When they have the $9.99 anyntopping pizzas you get like 3 of each toppings you chose. Defeats purpose of ordering it.

Sometimes the pizza here is mediocre , so I haven’t ordered in awhile, but today, June 7, 2025, at 3:00 pm, cheers to the team working because it was the best Papa John’s I have ever had! All our pizzas were done so perfectly and it was soooooo yummy!! I don’t know who you all are, but I want you to make my pizza all the time! And also thank you for being so friendly when I picked my pizza up! Thank you!! I will be ordering again! Maybe you can train the others!! 😁

The dough must have changed. My pizza the past 3 times has been flat, dry, and the crust doesn't rise. The crust not only doesn't rise but it been 2 inches from the the cheese all the way around the pie. It's pathetic. This place sucks! I went to the Clifton location on short Vine Street and they had the nice rising crust 1/2 inch around and the pizza was juicy and great. Never again at the Salem rd. location. Never!

They put my pepperonis under the cheese. There was too much cheese on the pizza and it made it extremely greasy and unenjoyable to eat. The boneless wings were cold and without flavor.

We order carry out from here after work once a week or so and the same guys are always working when I go in, I swear they kill it everytime. The pizza is consistently so good and everyone is always nice.

Been going here for two years and they consistently make hands down the best PJs pizza and bone-in wings I've ever had from their stores. I've always liked PJs and have been eating their pizza for about two decades between Ky and Ohio. The food at this location is ready within 10-15 minutes every time and I'm always greeted and handed my food quickly when I go inside to pick up my order. As far as pizza chains go, this PJs is as reliable as it gets among the others in the Beechmont area.
Not a bad pie for the $ . The Mgr was on it and I like that. His crew seemed organized and attentive. 👍

I love Papa John's but this recent visit our order was messed up. I called and had to go back up to get the fixed pizza and got home just to find it STILL was wrong! So, we didn't get what we were supposed to get and definitely not in a timely manner! I called to speak to manager, I haven't heard back. So around $45 was spent and we didn't eat 2 pizzas at all. Why? My child is allergic to sausage and it was all over it when we said NO sausage! Second time issue! Eating was was seriously delayed and ended up having to make food at home instead. You guys really should follow up with people when you say you will. I shouldnt have to explain things 5 times either.
Other than that I will say we really like Papa johns! Great pizza etc. the only other thing I can say that could stand to change is the fact that they have increased prices too much. W e use to buy once or twice a month, but now we only order once every 4 or 5 months.
They have the best garlic sauce that comes with pizza. We usually get pizza or pizzas, cookie and 2 liters every time!

Austin the Manger went way above and beyond with helping my wife and I with our order. There is a whole glitch with the app and the delivery area, and a back and forth with a different location. However Austin stuck with us the whole way and made sure everything got sorted out in the end.
