Been going here for two years and they consistently make hands down the best PJs pizza and bone-in wings I've ever had from their stores. I've always liked PJs and have been eating their pizza for about two decades between Ky and Ohio. The food at this location is ready within 10-15 minutes every time and I'm always greeted and handed my food quickly when I go inside to pick up my order. As far as pizza chains go, this PJs is as reliable as it gets among the others in the Beechmont area.

I love Papa John's but this recent visit our order was messed up. I called and had to go back up to get the fixed pizza and got home just to find it STILL was wrong! So, we didn't get what we were supposed to get and definitely not in a timely manner! I called to speak to manager, I haven't heard back. So around $45 was spent and we didn't eat 2 pizzas at all. Why? My child is allergic to sausage and it was all over it when we said NO sausage! Second time issue! Eating was was seriously delayed and ended up having to make food at home instead. You guys really should follow up with people when you say you will. I shouldnt have to explain things 5 times either.
Other than that I will say we really like Papa johns! Great pizza etc. the only other thing I can say that could stand to change is the fact that they have increased prices too much. W e use to buy once or twice a month, but now we only order once every 4 or 5 months.
They have the best garlic sauce that comes with pizza. We usually get pizza or pizzas, cookie and 2 liters every time!

Austin the Manger went way above and beyond with helping my wife and I with our order. There is a whole glitch with the app and the delivery area, and a back and forth with a different location. However Austin stuck with us the whole way and made sure everything got sorted out in the end.

I can't count on them to deliver. You'd think they could get into an apartment building with 60+ apartments less than a half a mile away. No one can ever work the door code, though Amazon, FedEx and every other pizza place in the area can. I have bad knees from the military, and sometimes it's hard to do those stairs. If I want Papas I have to go pick up. This time the driver waited for me at the lobby door, outside in 30 degree weather, and my food not even in an insulated bag, out in the cold too. Food was late, cold, and I'm just going to get delivery from competent pizza places when I'm hurting too much to go pick it up.

Although Papa John's is great, the employees at this location use over proofed dough. I've been making doughs for bread, pizza, etc. for years.If the manager or owner sees this, ensure your staff doesn't use over proofed dough. The last three times I've purchased pizza from your store, the crust was nearly as thin as paper.

I got a steak hoagie from here they burnt the cheese and bread and all the sauce ran out onto the outside of the wrapper. It was the worst steak hoagie i have ever bite into. Also I would never order the epic stuffed crust, it is so greasy and everything just fell off when you picked up a piece.
