I can't count on them to deliver. You'd think they could get into an apartment building with 60+ apartments less than a half a mile away. No one can ever work the door code, though Amazon, FedEx and every other pizza place in the area can. I have bad knees from the military, and sometimes it's hard to do those stairs. If I want Papas I have to go pick up. This time the driver waited for me at the lobby door, outside in 30 degree weather, and my food not even in an insulated bag, out in the cold too. Food was late, cold, and I'm just going to get delivery from competent pizza places when I'm hurting too much to go pick it up.

Although Papa John's is great, the employees at this location use over proofed dough. I've been making doughs for bread, pizza, etc. for years.If the manager or owner sees this, ensure your staff doesn't use over proofed dough. The last three times I've purchased pizza from your store, the crust was nearly as thin as paper.

I downloaded yelp and made an account just to review this place. We normally love Papa John's and it is our go-to. This store is consistently the worst pizza we have ever had from them. They have forgotten one or several items every order. The pizza is always very dry with little to no cheese and somewhat cold when we get it. The toppings are hilariously piled on and look like a toddler handled it. Just bad, bad food and service all around. We will be ordering from a further location going forward. Would post a half star if I could.

I have consistently enjoyed their pizza. Not once have I had an order that I had to send back. The Salem location is the the one to go to if you live in Anderson. The staff is friendly and they always appear fully staffed. I have been using the Salem road location for years. Also it is a no Brainer; if you have better ingredients, the chances are, you get better pizza.Vegetarian options: Gluten free and vegetarian optionsParking: Kind of weird setup but there is always parking availableWheelchair accessibility: No stairs, even grade to entrance.Dietary restrictions: Fully customizable

Anyone complaining about this business is way too picky to be eating at a Papa John's. This place has been phenomenal for me. I see bad reviews saying that that size is wrong and stuff these people are just complainers. This is a five star Papa John's if you expect it to be the best pizzeria in the country you're f****** wrong. Period. It's franchise just like anything else. The people working there are just as low class as the customers. So any customer who's complaining can go shove it. I love this Papa John's I wouldn't order pizza from anywhere else. Btw, anyone who orders square cut from a Papa John's doesn't know what they're doing in life. I hope they cut it triangle for you.
