Three last deliveries: cold, burned, lost, and now one hour late and counting. This used to be our Friday night tradition. Not anymore. You guys need to find a way to provide better service and better quality. It's not inexpensive anymore - we would actually like food.
At least offer refunds or discount on next order, or free dessert. This is terrible.
Used to be reliable, quick and even got to know the drivers. The Door Dash move seems to have changed that.

The ghettoest store in the area don’t waste your time or money ordering from them RUN! I asked the Indian man for boneless chicken he told me I had two options I asked why I couldn’t get them regular he didn’t know what he was talking about. Long story short I did not get what I wanted. I had to call store 3x kept getting the same girl who continued to place me on hold because “computer were down” they couldn’t take or see any orders. After she took me off hold for the 3rd time she said her manager wasn’t there and to call back again in 15 minutes. I WILL MEVER SPEND ANOTHER DOLLAR AT THIS LOCATION OR PAPA JOHNS PERIOD. This was also the worst papa John’s pizza I ever had. I always shop with the store in Newport, Ky in southgate I never had a problem quality of food and customer service outstanding. Do yourself a favor and choose a different location.

Ordered at 3 for a 5pm delivery. After calling, being put on hold for 20 min, twice, I'm informed door dash hasn't come to get my food. Why am I waiting on door dash? I didn't order through them... seems they've switched from employing drivers, they go through door dash now. I would never have ordered from them if that was the case. Nothing on the website, no indication, nothing. 2 hours past my delivery time and counting.

Rude customer service. If you close an hour early, please make that clear online. Don’t let orders be placed and take money out the account if the place isn’t open! I tried calling and they hung up until we called over and over again, then had the audacity to be rude asf as if it was hard to pick up the phone and hear a question.
