I won a $25,gift card from radio 100.3 Cincy R&B. I was able to get a delectable medium pizza AND delicious flavorful chicken wings. Service was fantastic and quick. I had not frequented Papa Johns BUT I definitely will be returning and spending my own money...well worth it !

Consistent excellent customer service and on-time with orders. Week after week I come in and have never had even a glimpse of a bad experience. The customer facing philosophy of this store put forth by the leadership/management of this location is phenomenal. And if one of the employees was ever having a bad day, you'd never notice it. They always smile and remind you to enjoy your day. Great job to the team at this location!

If you value your privacy for any reason (work from home, have animals, someone in the house is sick) DO NOT order from here. It doesnt matter if you make your order no contact AND leave notes saying to "Please do not knock or ring" they will without fail knock onnyojr door, disrupting anything you might be doing (love animals going nuts during work when i pre-order lunch to be quietly dropped off at lunch). Following instructions is very hard for them.
As of 2023 this place is not bad at all, the staff are helpful and quick. It's so easy to place an online order and there's often coupons. They have some good 2 liter options too. There's no place to eat inside this location though

If you’re curious and want to try the bacon cheese sticks, don’t order them from this store. We received raw dough with cheese and bacon on top. It was so bad that you couldn’t even cut through the dough. It would’ve been a more pleasurable experience just throwing my money out the window instead of eating whatever was in that box.

You guys have always been pretty good with showing up pretty fast, you’re always super nice and I haven’t really had much issues as far as anything missing or things being wrong but this past night I got honey chipotle chicken poppers and there was absolutely no sauce on them. I’m not trying to spend 8 bucks on just straight up chicken

Gentle very insensitive. Manager said couldn't make a delivery to the Cincinnati Children's Hospital! I mean really how far is it? The child's mother was with medical transport with her child has no way of doing pickup and her family is hours away. The gentle was like well uh sorry to hear that in such an uncaring tone! If you can't make deliveries that's fine but do NOT advertise that it's available! Merry Christmas!
