I spoke with a manager yesterday about a pizza I had ordered I specifically said no olives no Italian sausage the first “manager” I spoke with was rude and he remade the pizza but hung up the phone once I got the remade pizza it just shows lack of listening skills the pizza that was remade STILL had olives and Italian sausage and tasted disgusting my mom threw it up. It wasn’t what we asked for at all and in attempt to reason with the first ignorant person you call a manager he doesn’t listen to our concern and ask us how we want our pizza made the second manager did not make sure it was made correctly . They sent us a bad pizza and it wasn’t how it normally is made we have been ordering from this location for a long time and it’s never been such poor customer service the fact a family member was sick off the second batch of pizza I should send the health department to the location cause that was totally unacceptable and the first manager wouldn’t give me his name and then hung up on me but apparently he makes the pizzas he was very unprofessional and rude and he needs to be fired!

Ross, Ohio; Where's the Asiago? On way back to hotel in another town one night, wife & I stopped here for a quick meal. She had a single cheeseburger and I tried the Asiago Ranch Chicken Club for the first time. It wasn't terrible but there was zero cheese or anything remotely spicy on that item. I didn't know if it was supposed to have a sprinkle of spices or whatever. It was only later that I read about the Asiago cheese that was missing. Not impressed!

Took 45 mins for a TAKE OUT order because they did not bother to actually check my order for accuracy so I waited 15 additional minutes for wings that were NOT the flavor I ordered because they didn’t have my order ready within the time frame I was promised, then waited another 15 mins to get the correct wings. I feel like they could’ve used that time while they were sitting around waiting on my WRONG wings, to maybe, idk, take a second to make sure they were making the right thing?! meanwhile the people there were EXTREMELY rude throughout the entire process. And actually yelled at me because I asked where my wings were when they had told me they’d be ready in 2 mins, and then apparently had the audacity to ask where they were 10 mins AFTER he said it’d be “2 minutes.” Heaven forbid I want to get home and eat after working all day. I would avoid going there if you want to have any kind of a pleasant experience because they’re horrible.

When a customer calls to inform you they are missing items from their order what you shouldn't do is be a smart ass and say it's only three dollars. It may only be three dollars but that's my money not yours further more this is twice now so it is more than three dollars. you should have fixed the issue since that didn't happen I'm leaving this review of your I don't give a shit attitude

They remade my order and even brought it out to my car after I dropped my original order due to someone almost hitting me with their car. They were all super sweet and I appreciate them, they made this bad day a bit brighter.
