I love Papa John's food. The only thing I wish they add when placing online orders is that when you order hoagies, they have an option to add extra sauce. They have that for pizza, but not the hoagies. I always have to call the store directly for them to add extra sauce to my hoagie. I used to never had to worry about the sauce on their hoagies, but for the past couple years, they've gotten stingy.

Normally I don’t have many issues with papa John’s. But they always, literally always lately send my order through door dash. And I really wish they wouldn’t. The dashers always get lost making me wait longer than needed, last night they mixed up and dropped off something I didn’t even order. I used to work there and get mistakes happen but I even talked to someone about potentially not sending my orders through door dash as my address is hard to find and dashers seem to always have a hard time with it where drivers do not.

Had a credit at this store because they messed up my order, which no big deal. But then I went to order again later to use my credit. I tried to call the store itself but it took me to a call center. I told the guy on the phone that I had a credit at the store, he said to talk to the people at the store when you get there to pick it up and they’ll take it off. I get there and the guy refuses to take it off because apparently I was supposed to tell them that before placing the order WHICH I DID. So I ended up paying for a pizza that I was supposed to get for free. Once I get my free pizza I will never order from here again.

Zachery the delivery driver lied and said he knocked multiple times when we are all sitting right by the door, he left our food outside in the rain on the ground! The manager had very little concern and couldn’t even explain why he wouldn’t call (IF HE DID KNOCK) before leaving the food on the ground! Very unprofessional and I will be calling corporate!

We have tried this place several times and each time for some reason the pizza just doesn't have a taste anymore I don't know if they change their recipe but it tastes totally different
This was my first time and last things are expensive and I have no problem with it but when I get bad food ordered cinnamon pull apart and it was brick hard I threw it away. This location is close but I will be going to the Winton Rd location .?
