Called to cancel my order due to "short staff" no apologies and a weird dead pan tone kinda rubbed me the wrong way and now my refund might take up to 5 days

Ordered 2 pizzas, 1 with no cheese, 1 with pepperoni and sausage, both orders were wrong, the order on the side of the box stated clearly what we ordered but they decided to ignore their own print out.

I called to place an order and a non-english speaker struggle to understand me wasted 5 minutes of my time and then told me I was being transferred to the store. I explained to the person that the store that it was ridiculous that I called a direct number and got put on a call center with someone who didn't speak English and wanted to note this to the manager. After another 5 plus minutes of long pauses and a failure to understand me and never having a manager put on the phone I hung up and called Angelo's. Angelo's direct number actually went to the store with an English-speaking person who clearly understood me took my order in less than 2 minutes. Angelo's delivery time was half the time it takes Papa John's. Perhaps you could hire someone who properly understands English and communicates clearly with American customers.

I placed a order for delivery, got the order it was wrong might I add I ordered from this location three days in a row never complained with there mess up but TODAY was like okay at this point what’s the problem I called explained my order being messed up, was told they would fix the problem. GREAT!?? but then get a call back saying they want the food back in order to replace there mess up. Cool no problem however my kids had already started eating so me being a HONEST person I call to let them know I just need the wings replaced because my kids were hungry and already started eating. I waited over an hour NOBODY SHOWED UP! I call the facility to find they hadn’t even LEFT! A WHOLE HOUR! Nobody was concerned at all that’s poor communication/customer service at its finest if I do say so myself! Won’t be ordering from this location anymore

Order by app, and everything was completed correctly, and as promised in the time stated, it would be ready for pick up. The team member was very nice, and the interior was spotless. Toppings were even placed to accommodate the request for the square cuts!!!

They "ALMOST" got our order right this time. Granted it's probably more complex than they normally do. We ordered one large stuffed crust pizza. Half of it is meat lover with one extra topping, banana peppers. The other half was onion, jalapeno, and banana peppers, light on all the toppings. They didn't add the banana peppers to the meat lovers side and they didn't go light cheese on the other side. They did go light on the onions, jalapeno and banana peppers though. Like I said, they "almost" got it right this time.

Never got my food but they sure took the money off my card which I will be disputing its a a very shady deal. They were the only ones open and I'm certainly not a papa johns person and this just made it worse.the delivery driver calls to ask me why I'm not at burger king sounded like a little kid.

Don't say you were not warned about this place! and I salivate for a response from this Wack mgr. First off, he's as corny as they get. The delusional manager Missy Messy whatever his name is had the nerve to send pizzas that were unsightly, cold and incorrect. A real man takes accountability. This loud unprofessional girly mouth manager apparently hasn't owned anything significant in life to tell me nothing was wrong with the pizzas and this foolishness here " I make the best pizzas in Cincinnati" No you make the worst representative of Papa John's entire corporation down to janitorial, the pizzas arrived 30 mins after the promised time. A lame a weirdo a duck. Instead of taking accountability you want to lie to yourself and deny an error anyone could've made. I can't stand people that don't take the real risk to own your own business, but you'll make effort to screw up someone else's business with your horrible attitude and lack of inspiration. He has nothing to lose by causing losses for his company. That's called NO INHERITED BRAVERY. I'm sure the staff has more qualified individuals to run that store and despise being under this clown's leadership. Everyone I mentioned it to said they avoid that Papa John's That's not Missy the mgrs. losses it's Papa John's so that says a lot about him. My significant other stopped me from going to the store and confronting this man child to his no doubt dumb looking, sloppy looking stupid looking girly mouth face because he wouldn't be worth it. All the invites wouldn't budge me because I won't lose my worth to a sale out over the phone rabbit bitten rabies in the throat chirp chirp chirp bird brain no body manager that has all the balls to argue a female customer, be wrong, and lie about himself and the products he had delivered. Papa John's can do better! until then I will not return to any establishment in fear they may be like this fool! Too many other places to spend my $61.00! Period
