left a tip on the app and driver tried to make me feel crappy about not giving her another tip literally asked me if i wasnt gonna leave a tip when i told her i did on the app i think we need to train are drivers customer service on top of that i checked my ring camera after she left come to find out she threw the recipe on the ground infront of my door that is absolutly ridiculous and this lady needs to be fired i will never order from here again if thats how they act who knows what they do to the food while no one is watching if they have the audacity to do that on camera

Ordered pizza and papadis tonight while we're staying out of town on a vacation weekend. Never thought I'd have to say the food was too hot to eat when it arrived, but it was so fresh and hot bout took myself out on a piece of cheese. Best problem to have if you ask me! 10/10 next time we stay out of town will eat here again.

Ordered 2 pizzas, 1 with no cheese, 1 with pepperoni and sausage, both orders were wrong, the order on the side of the box stated clearly what we ordered but they decided to ignore their own print out.
I called to place an order and a non-english speaker struggle to understand me wasted 5 minutes of my time and then told me I was being transferred to the store. I explained to the person that the store that it was ridiculous that I called a direct number and got put on a call center with someone who didn't speak English and wanted to note this to the manager. After another 5 plus minutes of long pauses and a failure to understand me and never having a manager put on the phone I hung up and called Angelo's. Angelo's direct number actually went to the store with an English-speaking person who clearly understood me took my order in less than 2 minutes. Angelo's delivery time was half the time it takes Papa John's. Perhaps you could hire someone who properly understands English and communicates clearly with American customers.

I placed a order for delivery, got the order it was wrong might I add I ordered from this location three days in a row never complained with there mess up but TODAY was like okay at this point what’s the problem I called explained my order being messed up, was told they would fix the problem. GREAT!?? but then get a call back saying they want the food back in order to replace there mess up. Cool no problem however my kids had already started eating so me being a HONEST person I call to let them know I just need the wings replaced because my kids were hungry and already started eating. I waited over an hour NOBODY SHOWED UP! I call the facility to find they hadn’t even LEFT! A WHOLE HOUR! Nobody was concerned at all that’s poor communication/customer service at its finest if I do say so myself! Won’t be ordering from this location anymore
